Frühstücksbuffet war nicht groß, jedoch ausreichend und eine gute Auswahl.
Die Betten waren schmutzig und voller Flecken), zudem lag eine Kontaktlinse auf dem Boden. Nach unserer Beschwerde konnte für uns keine Lösung gefunden werden. Erst als wir angeboten haben, wenigstens ein Frühstück zu erhalten, ging die Mitarbeiterin drauf ein.
Zudem sind wir uns sicher, dass Bettwanzen vor Ort waren, das Hotel weist die Behauptung von sich und bezeichnete diese als Mückenstiche. Leider insgesamt keine Empfehlung.

Comfortabel 2-persoonsbed, lekkere ruime douche, ligging aan de rand van het centrum, vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Uitzicht vanuit de kamer over de stad en mooie tuin. .
Ontbijt viel tegen qua keuze. Afstandbediening tv ontbrak bij aankomst, kreeg vervolgens eentje die stuk was. Kamer werd niet elke dag schoongemaakt. Licht in de badkamer veel te fel.

Alhoewel de ontvangst prima was viel het ons tóch ietwat tegen dat de prijs NIET naar bevindingen (elders véél goedkoper) werd aangepast. Ook bleek het ontbijt toch niet inbegrepen te zijn; iets wat, wat ons betreft, goed ter compensatie van de meerprijs had kunnen worden aangeboden.
Het niet inspelen op de te veel betaalde prijs.
Daarnaast bleek de kamer (middernacht) veel te warm te zijn. Iets wat volgens de receptioniste door het beluchtingssysteem kwam en met een ventilator opgelost had kunnen worden. Daar hebben wij om plm. 01:45 uur ('s nachts) dan ook niet over nagedacht.

The location, the view, the room and the staff
It was extremely hot in the room and the airconditioner was not working. I wasn't able to sleep and had an awful night. Went to the reception at 5am and asked if there was something they could do. They mentioned the airconditioning did not work and the only thing they could offer was a fan. I know the staff did all they could do, but it doesn't change the fact our stay was very uncomfortable.

De ligging. Ik was hier voor het Grauzone Festival en alle locaties op enkele minuten wandelafstand. Super ! Comfortabele kamer, vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt (die wafeltjes !). Ook de zéér uitgebreide uren om te ontbijten werden zeer geapprecieerd.
Ik heb naar iets gezocht, maar niets gevonden. Zo hoort het, toch ?

To be fair, most of the staffs were really nice, but the first one I met the night I checked in was horrible.
The reception area looks really nice. Centered in the high street.
The room looked dingy and the view was rubbish.
There's no iron or boiling kettle in rooms.
Constant noise from the bells, pillows are tiny, mattress was hard!

The hotel is worth for the value of money. And very good location. Everything is walking distance from the hotel.

Great location, there's a quite lively area just behind the hotel with many options for food and drinks. The hotel offers bike rentals at a reasonable price which I found was a good way to get around the city. Could have used a bit more air in the tires though.
The scrambled eggs were quite dry, other than that the breakfast was standard.

their AC is limited only to Fan and for only 30grad if we try to increase the grad it will automatically off., it was hot when we are there. we need to leave our window open the whole night so we have some fresh air although it is loud outside.

no complaints, it a very good simple hotel.

I liked the location, it was excellent. The front staff was very welcoming. The room was amazing and I plan to stay there each time I come to visit my family.
The breakfast was adequate but not explained to me on where certain items were. The maid didn't understand me when I asked for soap to be refilled in the shower and had to squirt soap into a cup from the sink and use that.
