Nice room, clean and spacious. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the positives were outweighed by the negatives.

We were astonished that in late July there was nowhere to sit and have a drink outside. There is a small terrace but it was closed off with the chairs stacked up. The doors from the bar, lounge and dining room were all locked. Fortunately, we were only there one night on our way down south but we won't be using it again as an overnight stop.

The bed was really comfortable. The staff were generally very pleasant but there were not enough of them which meant service was poor. The bar menu was varied and the food of good quality. There was a very plentiful choice of food for breakfast.

We have stayed is several Paradores and this one looked tired and the decor needed sprucing up. Whilst it is not a long distance from Teruel, there were several road closures which meant it seemed more challenging to get there. The bar area was pleasant but the staffing levels were really low. Whilst, the staff were very nice it was hard to get served. The whole experience did not have the attentiveness or attention to detail you would expect from a Parador. We stayed at a considerably cheaper hotel in Logroño that was also in a historic building and which completely outclassed this Parador in terms of cleanliness, helpfulness of staff and extra details. Even the breakfast was better with excellent freshly made coffee.

Location is good, room was clean and bed was very comfy. Evening meal was good. About 10 min drive from central Teruel which was definitely worth a visit.

We had a slot for breakfast from 1000 to 1100. We got there at 1005, and although there was quite alot of choice, there was no fresh bread. When we asked we were given some quite stale slices. Not what we'd expect from a Parador. We also weren't asked if we wanted any Hot item. Just felt they weren't bothered with the later sitting, but they gave us the slot.

WiFi didn't work. No paper guide/instructions in room. TV impossible to operate. No kettle. Bar staff overworked (no service after 15 minutes). English translation of dinner menu proved incorrect, didn't get was was expected, overpriced, very disappointing

Perfect location

This is one of our favourite paradors, ample and secure parking by the main entrance. Comfortable and warm room with a lovely view over the city. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast

The parador has extensive grounds that we were able to walk around and enjoy.

The property lacked character for what we thought would be a building of interest and had quite a rarified air to it. We felt that the staff were doing us a bit of a favour letting us stay there! The location isn't close to any places of interest. The walk into town would have involved driving since the busy road has no pavement.

We both liked everything and could not find a single fault with this accommodation. The food and service was excellent…we’ve rarely given 10/10 but this stay warranted it.
