The room was spacious and clean. I absolutely loved the city and beach view. Our host was welcoming.

Location away from the hustle and bustle, but easy access to beach and shops. Great breakfast and very comfortable room with lots of extras.

Our stay at Crooked Tree was much appreciated. Helen was friendly, accommodating, and informative. The room was light, and well-appointed. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was clean and roomy with a nice hot shower. The location is a short walk to the restaurants, shopping, cafes and beach.
I don't usually stay in B&Bs or guesthouses because I value my privacy. At Crooked Tree, I was completely comfortable.
I highly recommend staying here. If I return to Durban, I will stay here again.

The whole vibe of the place and environment. The sea views were spectacular. I enjoyed the breakfast. The place has that tranquility and serenity.

I was upgraded to a really nice room, overlooking the ocean. Hellen and her husband are absolutely charming and such wonderful hosts. Such a great place to relax, watch tv, and be comfy!
Everything was wonderful. Unfortunately you can't cook there even though there is a stove and stuff, so it wouldn't be ideal for my longer stays. You'll need to order in or eat out which was a little difficult for me in the weather we had at the time.

It was quite. Very close to all amenities. Helen was a great host
No swimming pool and I had thought breakfast was included in the booking.

The cupboard space for clothes is too small, save to store valuable items otherwise it’s a quiet, beautiful place.

Helen is a fantastic host and I can definitely recommend the omelet for Breakfast. It is also great to have the option as well as a fan in the rooms.
