Room, Bed, Aircon controls, Iron and no need to call for Ironing Boards. Shuttle facilities, very convenient and timely. Shuttle drivers were no different from the sign in staff, professional and kind.

The curtain was old and tattered but its nothing that was too noticeable until at night when you needed to close it.

Accueil et enregistrement. Personnel très désagréable n’ayant pas réservé à notre arrivée les petits-déjeuners comme nous l’avons demandé. Le lendemain le personnel nous a harcelé pour payer les petits-déjeuners doutant de notre honnêteté et nous a accusé de n’avoir payé qu’une nuit au lieu de 2 alors que tout avait été réglé. Il a été très difficile de nous faire comprendre et de régler le litige. Nous n’en garderons qu’un très mauvais souvenir car nous étions de bonne foi. Le personnel de l’accueil doute de l’honnêteté des clients et c’est bien dommage dans ce genre d’établissement. Le personnel de l’accueil n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel Hilton 5 étoiles.

Great location and great service.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Sandton. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was well kept and clean in the room and the restaurant. We enjoyed the well maintained gymn as well. It would have been nice if there was an indoor heated pool though :) The shuttle service to the mall was very convenient. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Central location

Dated old hotel for the following reasons: 1. Carpets old 2. Gym old to the point that the equipment has rust and is in lbs 3. No smart TVs 4. No convenient bedside plugs 5. Breakfast buffet was amazing 7 years ago now it's a merge motel breakfast 6. Bathrooms are aged and feel like a hostel. The hotel is holding onto it's hay days of the 90s
