I loved how close it was to the beach.

They provided beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels. It was easy to get into the condo with the code.

Location and pool

The apartment was supposed to be renovated it was not. The drain was clogged. The headboard was not attached to bed. Internet was very weak. It barely worked.

the dryer lint collector has not been emptied in a LONG time. causing me to empty sand all over the floor. 😒

Received the code the day after arrival after spending $500 for the first night. Not a good start!!!

Amazing location, all the amenities of a beach home. Very easy to access with clear communication from the property . literally across the street from the beach in Kihei.

At times a little loud on the patio by the street but wouldn’t change the location for ease of city and beach proximity!

The renting agent was good and responsive but the local office/security was okish in customer support (maybe because the renting property was not managed directly by local office?) . Very convenient location — beach is across the street (5 min work); an ABC convenient store is ~10 min walk. The in room washer and dryer make the stay worth a lot as well.

Highly recommend. Condos are In good condition but felt pricey. Walking distance to the beach and nearby shops and restaurant.

Bedroom headboard wasnt firm, very shaky. Good to mention that tap water is drinkable

I liked the location. They also had a copy of The Secret of NIMH on DVD. That was pretty sweet, but that's about it.

The bathroom sink plug was stuck and maintenance didn't get to it for another two days. Their maintenance request website doesn't give you any indication that they've received your request. The bed and futon seem to be old and if you're a taller guy you'll definitely feel like you're hitting something solid below. Also there's a timer on the AC so be prepared to deal with that every four hours, even though it takes more energy to cool a condo from Maui temps than it takes to maintain a temperature. Also The Secret of NIMH is a Don Bluth film, and as we all know despite being a great movie and beautifully animated, it'll scare the crap out of your little one.
