Breakfast and position

The Room: We were offered an upgrade to a suite for an additional fee, which we gladly accepted. However, it felt more like a large standard room. There was no minibar, and one of the two televisions kept turning on during the night, which frightened my children—eventually, we had to sleep with the TV on mute. The bathroom was very basic, with a plain white design and malfunctioning shower. The overall room design was also quite lacking. I think this should be noted when offering a suite; otherwise, it should just be called a regular room. Additionally, checking out required waiting in a long line just to return the two room keys. This could be easily resolved with an express checkout option, such as leaving the key cards in a designated box, or by having more staff available during peak checkout times. When you pay the price for a suite, you're more likely to notice all the details. In my opinion, the room was not worth the cost, for the reasons mentioned above.

Nie mam uwag

Todo muy limpio. Habitacion amplia y buenas vistas.Centrico ibamos caminando a l Tivoli, Canales, museo Natural, Castillo Rosenberg, museo de historia de Dinammarca. Cerca de la Estacion central para coger tren al aeropuerto. Tiene secador, planxa y tabla de planxar todo un lujo que use porque la ropa de los viajes llega arrugada. Buena calidad y variedad de buffet para merendar.

Que es un baño amplio pero que las baldosas no son antilizantes ni hay agarradera para la ducha que te puedes caer con facilidad con el agua y el jabon. Es decir no tiene plato de ducha es amplio pero como es una continuacion de la baldosa seria necesario un agarradera a la pared para si necessitas agarrarte para no caerte cuando patinas con el agua y el jabon que caen al suelo mientras te limpias.

El desayuno fantástico, el personal muy amable, y el hotel grande y bien. Tienen algunos descuentos para turistas que eran interesantes

El precio era elevado y esperaba una habitación mejor, y un baño mejor.

Das Frühstück war herausragend! Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal für eine Städtereise. Die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren äußerst aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Eine zweite Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer wäre gut.

Struttura grande adatta alle famiglie ottima posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione centrale.

Eravamo in quattro e ci è stata data una stanza un po' piccola

Le service peu attentionné : Nous avons demandé que le ménage soit fait et cette demande n’a pas été satisfaite. Le restaurant: le poulet est en supplément dans la salade César….. Le rapport qualité - prix n’est vraiment pas bon.

Great location, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast on one of the mornings.

I really missed not having a kettle and tea/coffee in my room. Would have preferred that to an ironing board and iron. And I found the Sunday breakfast rather stressful as it was the busiest dining hall i had ever been in. Not helped by the fact that after queuing ages for a lift down from 14th floor to breakfast (there's no stair option except alarmed fire stairs) then to get the food, I left my untouched full plate on a table and went off to get coffee and came back to find my breakfast had been binned by a waiter and so I had to go again with much poorer options as the breakfast was then closing. Thankfully my next morning's experience was much better.

Beliggenhed - værelset var flot

Meget lydt - f.x der var nogle som larmede om natten, hvor man kunne høre det meget tydeligt. Morgenmaden føltes lidt som et cafeteria pga størrelsen på hotellet og dermed mængden af mennesker.

Frukosten var mycket bra. Personalen likaså.

Inget bagagerum, hänvisad till betalboxar i källaren. Badrum med olåsbara glasdörrar är lite väl intimt.Hotellbaren la på dricks vid betalning. Dricks vill jag själv bestämma om jag vill ge.

Check in reception with non interesting vibe , rebuilding in the hotel , not clean. Try to shower complete bathroom with water

They told us we could split evenly the bill (we were three) but they couldn't do it so they charged one night each of us.

Good breakfast, placed in a good place and comfortable room.

Luggage were kept in the bottom floor without elevator and also required to pay to kept till the room will be ready.

Location was very central

Price- quality was really poor. Hotel facilities are very old and poor maintained. You are charged extra for an umbrella and for leaving your luggage after check out. No toiletries in the bathroom. Room was not cleaned and there was spider net all over the windows. I would not recommend it.

We really like the location, its just walking distance for everything you need to see in the city. The breakfast was ok not so much choices.

We didn´t like the pillows of hotel. It was very small and flat that almost you dont have pillow at all. Scandic Copenhagen should upgrade the pillows because now a days most hotels has a very comfy big hotel pillows. Don´t fool your customers of what you post on the pictures when they´re booking. The parking, when I booked it says its free parking but the free parking was by the street and it was full.

Breakfast is good and varied. The location is reachable by the very efficient Copenhagen public transport.

Being a big hotel you get an impersonal feeling. Every service is provided at a cost such as the use of umbrella, the luggage storage etc.

The location is sentral and close to metro and bus stations. Iron in the room was a nice plus. Breakfast is ok. Lovely view.

I understand it's a green hotel and they don't clean the rooms unless you say so (and I do like that fact), but at arrival our window had large spider webs in each upper corner which tells me they aren' very thorrow even when they do. There is extremly little storage for your belongings and no mini bar/fridge. There is no pool. Because of this, in my opinion, this is not a 4* but rather a large 3* hotel.
