Das Personal war fantastisch. Besonders Jesús an der Rezeption hat uns sehr nett empfangen und viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben. Ausgezeichnet ist auch die Lage des Hotels. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreicht werden können. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. Wir würden dieses Hotel empfehlen.

Nice and clean hotel in front of the ocean. Nice staff. The room was clean and the air-condition worked as it should. The center of the city was appx. 20 min. by walk.

The equipment was a bit old and the swimming pool was like hot whirlpool, which we don't take as a mistake, because it was 42'C, but we would appreciate if it could be more refreshing.

- Room size was decent, bathroom was very small and cramped, beds were two double beds and they were ok, room had a fridge and even coffee maker. air conditioning was working well. Hot water worked!

- breakfast was an absolute nightmare, we came at 09:00 a.m. and they were out of almost all food. For the hotel "American Breakfast" seems to mean Scrambled Eggs because that's all they had. Coffee was NOT drinkable, absolutely disgusting. So we ended up having to wait 20 minutes for fresh scrambled eggs (which dissapeared within 4 minutes after everyone raced to the buffet) and bread and butter. Even the fruits (Papaya, for example) were not eatable. Absolutely dissapointing. When we told the reception stuff, they just shrugged with their shoulders. - the swimming pool is an absolute joke. Our daughter (4 years old) was able to swim a bit, but after a group of 3 mexican families came and they started to EAT IN THE POOL, we went somewhere else. Hotel guests were even using GLASS bottles and GLASSES of water and softdrinks at the pool! The staff didn't do anything. Complete chaos and madness.

Breakfast was good, pool was pleasant. Room offered not satisfactory but they changed it on request.

Bathroom was a bit grubby - peeling paper and spattered. Decor a bit tired.

Great wheelchair accessible room and great location close to the Malecon which is easy to get there.

Our neighbours were very noisy at 5am when they got up and being close to the lobby was super noisy in the very early morning at 6am.

no towels in the room, we asked and they gave just 3 (we were 5), no more towels.. city center is not so close

It was awfully noisy in the room for the whole night. the noise comes from an inner yard of the hotel, where they probably have huge generators. the air conditioner was very old and noisy too

is a very old hotel, the room was dark and small, and is expensive

Was near the Malecon. Calm at night. A pool with cold water.

No microoven in the room even if we where supposed to have one. Cup, saucer, and coffee pot but no coffee 🤔, No bar or food in the hotel. Only two towels in the bathroom. No safe in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and functional. There are tennis courts. You can walk to the Malecón for sunsets in 3 minutes.

Unfortunately, the gym had some equipment that wasn’t working and feels ignored compared to the rest of the property in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast room can get very crowded.

Basic but functional and clean. Hot water in shower. Swimming pool area looked great (but we didn't test it). The hotel is not located in the centre-centre but along the "malecón" which is a nice walk.

Breakfast could really be bettered and the hotel could use global refreshment

Wanted to know everyone If you are seeing my review, please don't even think to book the hotel. I have booked Deluxe A/C room from 3rd party app (Booking.Com/OYO).they will confirm our stay. When I will there staff said that we are not registered in online except our website and they charge higher price than showed. And Room was also very small,And the main thing matters behaviour staff even if owner don't even know how to b behave.

Stayed twice. Great location, just cross the road and you are looking at the sea.

Stayed twice. Breakfast included in price but each time the breakfast staff hassled me saying I had to pay extra for the breakfast. I corrected them but it was annoying

Breakfast every morning was a good selection. Pool was nice, I did swim one day & spend time outside. About a 20 min walk to centro historical. Walking or taxi is how to get around if no car. Location was close to a Walmart & some restaurants & a mall within walking distance. Pretty satisfied all in all. I was there in January & the heat outside would become unbearable. Early mornings or evenings were best. Nearby there is a light show that is near the Malacon. central has lots of restaurants and easy walk around town. there is a bus in historical centro that you can ride around town on.

Our room had basically one setting on the air. Cold. I tried to set it & even had someone come up to help. But, again, it was either cold or stuff if you turned it off. Our safe got stuck on lock & they had to replace it with another. No biggy. Nice hotel. We did do laundry service while there. A little high, but what do you expect at a nice hotel ??

From early checkin to calling me a taxi, Alex was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great for the price. Room faced the water and a four - lane road outside. No noise at all! Felt safe, comfortable and well taken-care-of.

No fresh air in the room, no fan in bathroom.
