The location is ideal. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. We also appreciated the general cleanliness, and beauty of the facility.

The bathroom window in our unit was broken and therefore could not be opened. My wife also noticed mildew in the shower possibly because the room could not air out. We also had to change rooms because the first room we stayed in had low water pressure and no hot water.

Where do I start… First of all, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room was very nice, great atmosphere, with a very soft mattress. We made good use of the swimming pool. There are four lovely sun beds with pool towels available. The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance of all sights in Merida. Parking is available for $100MX a day at a guarded parking lot 1 block away. ps: good breakfast options

Really lovely hotel in downtown Merida near the historic center. Beautiful design, big and clean room with a private terrace and nice view from our rooftop bathtub. The swimming pool was nice and quite. The staff was very friendly.

My second time staying here. I loved the staff and quality of the rooms and location!!! Comfortable.

I didn't like that they tried to charge me for the second time at the end of my stay as if I hadn't already paid at the beginning of my stay. But anywho I suppose it was a simple documentation error. It was all cleared up in a few minutes. But yes, quite irritating. Overall a great stay.

Beautiful design and good location, great view from our rooftop bath, lovely staff. I enjoyed a free trial for a reflexology massage from Damares (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) who was very knowledgeable and caring. I enjoyed it so much I continued to have the full massage which was good value and a great experience.

We had a leak in the bathroom and plumbers attending two of the days but it didn’t affect our stay too much. Staff offered another room and free breakfast to compensate but we liked our room too much to move

Friendly helpful staff. When my stay ended and I left the property, the staff was helpful enough to promptly reach out to me to inform me that I had accidentally left a few items in the room. I was out of town for about a week but it didn't matter, they held onto my items until I returned, and gave them back to me in a nice little baggie. It's just the little things ya know. Very kind folks! ☺️

The pool terrace was BEAUTIFUL but I didn't do much lounging in it because of the dead bugs in it.. But that's to be expected on a rooftop pool. Lol. Either way it was such a nice and peaceful accommodation, I would totally book this room again!

Really lovely hotel in downtown Merida. 750 meters from the ADO bus station and just a few minutes from the central square. The room was clean and nice and had the option of making fresh coffee. Staff were friendly and helpful with arranging a rental car.

Maybe a little fridge in the room, the option to have also some tea besides coffee and to turn of the lights from the bed so you don't have to get out to do so.

The room as bright and beautiful and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The little pool is perfect to refresh after walking around Mérida on a hot day. The staff was very friendly.

They originally gave us room number 1 which had no natural sunlight except the grid window looking out in the pool. we asked to change and we’re given room number 9 which was much better. Breakfast was pretty basic and not great. There is no fridge in the room which is kind of unacceptable for a five star hotel in a hot destination like Mérida. there is also no bar or restaurant so it is impossible to order a drink if you decide to stay by the pool. The room and hotel look great, but the amenities should be upgraded.

Rooftop pool was amazing and so private and cosy. Would have been nice to have pillows for lounging in it. Bed was a good size and comfy. Very private, couldn't hear others in the rooms. spacious. Really nice bathroom with a walk in shower which was lovely with hot water and good pressure.

Would have been better to have a bigger pool with more sun loungers. Pillows were too big, made our necks hurt.

The property does has an elevator and the hours for the restaurant because the service is only in the mornings.

- Good for what we needed - a comfortable place to stay for 1 night with parking - Central location - Parking nearby - pleasant communal areas - breakfast included, basic but sufficient

- There were blood stains on the sheets - The included breakfast is pretty basic, you need to pay extra for cooked items

Great location near historic city centre, wonderful, big and clean room with private terrace and outdoor bathtub (with non-heated water) for two, which was nice for relaxing in the evening when the shared pool didn't work anymore.

Breakfast included in the price was good but you get the same thing every day, which was okay for us as we didn't stay long, 3 nights. But, they could offer different breakfast each day perhaps - prices don't vary that much.

Staaf is so friendly, smiling and helpful. Room nice and clean plus the needed toiletries when traveling, even a hairdryer in the room amd a iron when asked for. Pool is small but does the job to cool off and enjoy a bit of silence after a day out.

As others mentioned, no bedside light/switch, nothing major but forgotton in the design I guess ;) As a vegan, no breakfast option. But that was to be expected.
