Lämmitys ei ollut vielä toiminnassa, jotenka huone oli liian viileä.

Asukoht oli väga hea. Kõik poed/kohvikud/vaatamisväärsused jalutuskäigu kaugusel.

Kuna reisisime perega, siis hotell pakkus meile peretoa. Peretuba aga asus sellises kohas, kus oli suitsetajate terrass. Me ei saanud hoida akent lahti, kuna kogu aeg oli tuba suitsuhaisu täis. Praegu on nii palavad ilmad ja oleks tahtnud akent lahti hoida. Ja toas olev konditsioneer ei töödanud 😣 Leian, et peretuba võiks asuda mujal, kui suitsetajate terrassil. Ise me ei suitseta. Me ei olnud teadlikud sellest, et pidime nn sisse registreerimisel endale ka välja valima hommikusöögi,,, nn käigu pealt. Valik oli kesine. Panime valikuks, et tahame omleti kõrvale kurki ja tomatit, aga saime mõlemast ühe viilu. Valisin endale ka kohvi, mida esimesel hommikul ei saanudki.

Я переехал на след день в другой отель цена стала еще ниже а по комфортабельности я бы сказал даже лучше и большей плюс в новом отеле есть парковка бесплатная , а в этом мне пришлось отдать плюсом 20€

Для того что бы меня раньше разместили потребовали 10€ плюс в ресторане бармен сказал у нас к цене +10% это мои чаевые !

The breakfast is good and the location is perfect for travelling. The bathroom was good.

When you turn on the ventilation in the bathroom, you get the smell from the kitchen in the room, and if you are in a room without a window, you can't really get rid of that smell. The facilities in the room are a little outdated, but all functional. Overall, it's not really worth the 100€ you pay for a double room without a window, but you can live with it just fine if you don't find anything else for a night.

Beautiful room, really friendly and helpful service, good location and outstanding value. Excellent.

Quality of breakfast could be better, there was an extra bed for our son, but the made the room crampy, so we arranged the furniture a bit.

Hotel is having 90s vibe, like a capsule in the time. I actually somewhat enjoyed it. Location is perfect.

Breakfast was disappointing - a little to choose from and crowded in a small space.

The male receptionist that greeted us on arrival was really friendly and happy and a pleasure to deal with. We were in room 233 and the bed was massive! It was comfortable and the room was an ok size, although not much space to move about as the bed was so big. There were spare pillows in the wardrobe if you needed them. The ensuite was down a couple of steps, which was odd, but the shower was hot and powerful, with shampoo satchets and soap provided. The view was out over the street to the side of the hotel and it's possible to open the windows for fresh air. Very dark room which was good for sleep quality. The hotel was very easy to find, plus it was well located to explore old town. We thought the decor was hilarious - sort of a mix of ship interior and gothic revival haha! We picked the hotel initially because it looked so bonkers inside. The 24 hour reception was very convenient. Wifi signal was good and strong throughout the hotel. Breakfast was good with a fair amount on offer, and the coffee was good too. There are salads, omelettes, pancakes, fruit, cereals, muesli, breads, juice, cake, honey, jams, eggs and sausages on offer. I enjoyed the salads which changed most days. For the price and the location, you really can't go wrong with this hotel.

Cleanliness was a little off - we found several items in our room left behind by the previous occupants (under the bed and desk area), and the furniture seemed quite tired. The room could have benefited from a full-length mirror and les chunky chairs which made the space difficult to move around. The walls seem quite thin and you could hear most of what your neighbours were doing. Some of the staff were very gloomy and stern. I have to say that there wasn't much to eat at breakfast if you are plant-based. We are not vegan, but we don't eat dairy and can't eat pork so our options were limited as there was no oat milk. If you are full vegan, you had the option of maybe an apple, dry muesli, and some bread but that's it. This is a shame in todays world when we should all be consuming a little less animal products.

The location was perfect for me: from bus station about 8 min and next morning 2 min to bus stop to airport. I can not be better. This hotel has its own face, historical, a bit chaotic in the meaning that no long white coridors with the doors in both sides..

I could not find anything.

We could check in an hour early. The location is really convenient for any kind of travelling outside of Riga and walking inside of Riga.

Unfortunately after check in when we wanted to go to sleep the sheets were not changed and super dirty (dead small bugs, hairs, big stains of undefined liquid etc.) Upon telling the personal and requesting a new set of sheets and then additional new covers for the pillows he answered: “you should have told me immediately”. the next morning when we came for breakfast at 9:10 (it was open until 10:00) there was barely anything left. They only had one staff that was waiting the tables, refilling the breakfast, cleaning, putting away dirty dishes etc. As there was no available seating we had to eat in the conference room which was on the other side of the lobby so of course we didn’t got anything from the refill. Upon asking what happened or if this is the normal case the receptionist said it was because they were fully booked. I wouldn’t say anything if this was a hostel or a 2star hotel but it is a 4star one so the expectation where not met. Also no reimbursement for the not available breakfast and dirty sheet were proposed. As we stayed 6 nights this was not a really nice start. the next 5 morning breakfast was luckily available so it appears like it was a one time thing. however our overall impression was that there were just too many inconveniences during our stay that unfortunately shouldn’t happen when staying in a 4star hotel.
