The hotel is situated at convenient place close to Riga, particularly when travelling through the country. The highway is close, but its noise does not really bother at night (with closed windows). Parking is free nearby the hotel. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is good for such hotel. There's a kid's corner at the lobby and a playground nearby. Overall, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price.

The room was great, clean and the bed was perfect. Surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is cute.

We had a dog with us and had to pay 30€ extra. That is normal nowadays, so I was okay with that… untill I had to sign a big list of rules when coming with dog.. you can’t leave dog alone, it’s not allowed to jump on the bed or sofas… I don’t even remember all, since it was a long list 😂 So practically, I had to pay for ”extra cleaning” but also had to be careful, so there is no extra cleaning 🤔 Also the food in the restaurant was really not good… presentation and prices were like high class restaurant, but everything were straight from the freezer. BUT it was beutiful place. It’s a shame, with a little more effort it would be a great place!!

The hotel is in a beautiful location by the lake. Check in was easy. All instructions were sent on time. Breakfast is good. The hotel is nice

At the middle of May, the water in Baltezers was still cool.

Very spacious room with comfortable bed, great breakfast.

I liked the location and amazing sunset. The room was very spacious and cozy. Breakfast was of full variety.

Dinner at the restaurant was a bit overpriced, especially, taking into acount the quality of food. Food was not bad, but for that price you expect a bit more, for example, at least a fresh bread.

The view was amazing as they have the lake, the problem is that they didn’t allow us to use the terrace as they don’t put the heat so it’s freezing.. I am very disappointed. I booked this hotel only because of the terrace and the view and we couldn’t enjoy it as they didn’t allowed us to use it

That they have a beautiful terrace but they have it closed and guests are not allowed to used it as it’s freezing and they don’t put the heaters..

The width of the “king size double bed” in Superior double room is 1.60m…that’s a bummer when you expect at least 1.80 for a king size To turn wifi on you need to make some weird installations through TV.. which ultimately worked after reaching reception (they had to activated wifi for each room manually) The hotel stands right by the busy highway heading to Estonia and you can hear it, especially when you are outside and it’s daytime. At night you can mildly hear it from the room and the traffic is less heavy. Soundproof between rooms is very poor - we could hear neighbors talking and heard exact music they are listening to A baby cot has a coconut-like mattress which is hard and my child has pointed this out and refused to sleep on it (which is a first time case for the many hotel stays on our account) If you opt for this hotel as a quiet place to stay while going to Riga city center have in mind that traffic downtown is bad (at least Friday, Saturday) and it takes 40-60min for a 14km drive. + it’s not that quiet (you can hear neighbors and highway). I would chose a hotel in Riga city center next time

It's a beautiful area, hotel is right next to the lake. Free parking for guests. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Would have wanted to stay longer :)

Only downside was a poor service in the restaurant, the waitress was simply overloaded and tired by the time I got there in the evening.
