OK hotel, but very good breakfast. The location is great.

Tiny room, but it is Ok if you stay for one or two nights.

We booked a large double room and they gave us a tiny room with single beds at right angles. They blamed this on Booking.com but later admitted they had given our double room to other guests who were staying longer. We were gazumped. We got our money back and booked into a much nicer hotel in the old post office.

Nice classic hotel in the old center of Chur.

Very thin walls and windows, ear plugs are highly recommended. There was no hair dryer in the room.

The location is great - in the middle of old town, not far from the central train station. The room is small but enough for 1 person. Everything in the room and the shared bathrooms overall was clean. The staff was great. The breakfast was ok, not much choice, but tasted good.

A minor thing is that rooms need a refresh of the interior, it is very dated. Since I stayed for only 1 night, this did not bother me too much.

Easy and welcoming check in (I arrived quite late in the evening), a clean, warm and quiet room, very clean shared bathroom, good breakfast. It was located in a nice part of town and it was an easy walk to the train station. I stayed there so that I could take the Bernina Express the following morning and it suited my needs perfectly.

It was all good.

The stay in the hotel was very good, really nice personnel and clean rooms. They have beautiful restaurant inside.

excellent property, spacious, clean and welcoming. Very friendly staff, great food. The Waiter even let me borrow his charger for the night which helped me a lot.

the kitchen is located on the ground floor in the same location with rooms, so there is disgusting smell anywhere

noisy housekeeping in the morning. she entered the room at 8:30 but check out time at 11. bathroom in the room, the toilet is outside the room - strange solution...

WIFI connection was pretty bad. It was present, but at certain parts of the room. To be improved.

The breakfast selection was very poor

Small but clean room. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good

The bed was so squeaky. Every tiny movement was accompanied by a squeak.
