The room was big, clean, bathroom large and modern.Free parking, great location, decent breakfast.The owner was very helpful with tips for our next leg of the trip.
There is no air conditioning, as we knew in advance. Our room was facing the stream which is right under the hotel windows, and a busy street. We could not keep the windows open for the night due to noise on a very hot evening, and had to settle for the provided ventilator.

Breakfast good once I'd worked out how to use the egg boiler. Location good for station and old town.
Room was noisy in the evening but I was warned about this.

The location is really great, directly opposite the old town and the train station is also about 10 minutes walk away.
The staff is very courteous and polite.
We slept well, so the beds must be good.
The bathroom is very bright and very clean.
Our room was on the river side, which makes for a great view, but it's super noisy with the windows open (that's obvious, but you have to know).
We had the window open because it was quite warm in the room despite the heating being off.
Basically, I would say that the condition is good, but now would be the right time to completely renovate (Except for the bathroom - that's great).
The prices are very high, typical for Switzerland.

We loved Hotel Chur; it was our favorite Hotel on our tour of Switzerland. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We opened our windows at night, and the sound of the creek rushing by was like white noise. Lovely!

Very central but reachable by car. They have a lot of parking (outside and underground). They let me park my car for one night when I was not there (up in the mountains skitouring) for only 12CHF.
Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great for driving in and being able to park and still have easy access on foot to the old town and the train station. The breakfast was simple but convenient. They made late check-in easy by sending us a door code and leaving the room key on the counter. They also let us leave the car in the parking lot for an extra day after we checked out. Overall, a very convenient experience.
Having a queen size mattress instead of two twin beds pushed together would have been nice.

In August 2021, with Covid-19 still spread, I can stand seeing breakfast (or any other meal) served as buffets. It’s not safe.

7 minute walk to the station, old towne tower entry just across the way from the hotel, and entry honour bar.
Very quiet overall but noisy with windows ajar. Queue for coffee machine in the morning.

The hotel is very nice, clean and well located.
The restaurant was closed but they were thoughtful about providing plates and cutlery so you could sit and eat your takeaway.
Breakfast was very basic. Boiled eggs, bread, butter, fruit, coffee, tea.
Parking is accesible and great.
I liked the hotel very much. However it’s too expensive considering advices, size of rooms and breakfast.
Value for money.
