Entrada não é a mesma que está na foto, a entrada da foto é uma pizzaria. A entrada fica na lateral, péssimo acesso para quem tem filho, parece os fundos de um restaurante, bem macabro. Não tem recepção, confesso que fiquei com medo. Eu tinha 5 malas, um carrinho de bebê e um bebê, Tivemos que subir escadas de 2 andares a noite. Além de ser bizarro tirar a chave do cofre. Quando entrei no quarto, fedo de cigarro no quarto Inteiro, era um quarto para fumantes, para um criança de 2 anos, acho que não é legal. Televisão não funciona, senha do WI-FI não funciona, água quente do chuveiro chega uma hora que não esquenta mais. Sorte que ficamos só uma noite. O quarto realmente contrasta com a cidade. Enfim, péssimo. Não recomendo.

Fantastic location only 8 minutes walk from the railway station and right on the edge of old town. Has all the facilities you need.

One window was lacking curtains so people in the next building could see you in the shower or toilet if you left the door partially open.

Good locations, host was responsive, plans changed and they responded quickly when I asked about checkout.

No AC, linen and towels were dated, shower was cold at night and in the morning.

All the necessities you need... fridge, stove, microwave

Maybe a washing machine would have been useful.

The chairs could hurt somebody. The TV remote control was out of order.

This was fine for a one night stay. Well located - walkable from the train station and old town. Room was clean and there was a fridge, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker (possibly other things we didn’t use), a small table to sit at. We had really clear check in instructions from the owner and it was easy to self check in. We were right above the restaurant but didn’t have a problem with any noise.

It was great for what we needed, it would perhaps be a little cramped for a longer stay as there wasn’t a lot of room for four people.

Good location in the old town. Clean flat.

Squeeky bunk bed. Very limited kitchen equipment, with scratched nonstick pan and no salt, pepper or oil.

Was not far from train station. Nice area. Small room but had kitchen facilities. We had dinner at Mamma Mia - was good and got 10% discount

Had to drag luggage up and down 2 flights of circular stairs. No air con.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station. Check-in was very easy.

No lift. The stairs to the room are narrow and near the kitchen of a restaurant. So some smell all around. The windows are not soundproof.

It was very close to the train station and it’s very good value

The shower drain was a bit clogged and there wasn’t enough hot water.

The apartment is above a restaurant and located steps away from a pedestrian only are of town. It is only a short walk from the train station, which is a real bonus. The bathroom and room was clean, a small kitchen had basic supplies. We loved sitting at the front window overlooking the street.

We were a bit surprised to be in bunk beds, but as it was only one night, it was fine.

Good location, and being able to cook was great. The room was, nice and warm and the two beds were comfortable, although a little short for a tall person. Check in and communication was very smooth

The sheets on the bed were synthetic and not very nice. The electric tripped when using cooker and kettle.

The staff did their best to solve the problems we had during our stay. After our first night there, we were not able to have a shower since hot water wasn't running. Mr. Donato got the technician to solve the problem but since it wasn't able to be solved (something related about a fuse), they changed us to another available room where everything worked correctly. Also and due to all this trouble, Mr. Donato and the rest of the staff decided to invite of dinner at their Mamma Mia restaurant, where they served us really amazing pizzas (a must visit even if you are not staying there). Train station is located a short walk from there (around 5 minutes walking) and location is also on the border of Chur's old town.

Spiral stairs make it somewhat difficult to carry a lot of big luggage.

I left an item behind and the host couldn't have been more helpful in making sure I was reunited with it. They went above and beyond and it was most appreciated.

Central location. Comfortable bed. The room had been cleaned.

No smoke alarm, despite some rooms where smoking was allowed and the "apartment" being directly above a restaurant kitchen No safety instructions inside the room. A gap between the door and the public corridor - light and noise constant. Chairs dangerous. Cheap, and screws loose and damaged. No plug for sink or washing up liquid. General shabbiness of entire property.
