The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and helpful. The attention to detail was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and buffet was delicious and the dinner extra ordinary.

Nearly everything.. they allowed me to stay until 11.30 on check out day as I had my lazy teenager with me; they did their most to help me get an adaptator for Euro plug as I had forgotten mine; they even let me take into the room the breakfast for my son. Breakfast was excellent!

I forgot to set the do not disturb signal on the door and the cleaner kept knocking at the door until I got out of bed to tell her to go away. Pillows split into pieces within the pillow case... most annoying/uncomfortable.

Great comfort in every sense. Very quiet, modern furnishings, superb internet, and nice places to work downstairs.

The breakfast room was a little crowded. We were happier eating breakfast outside, even in spite of the wasps that in 2020 where everywhere in Germany.

The hotel staff was very forthcoming, even offered to drive us to the train station. The leisure facilities (infrared cabin, sauna, steam bath) were clean and functional. Breakfast was luxurious, the best were the excellent mini-croissants. Dinner was absolutely delicious!

The bed were very hard and bouncy and the quilts too warm. I had serious trouble sleeping the first night...
