The location of the apartment wasn't the one specified when I booked the stay. It should be in the centre of the town but in reality it is located in a subburb a couple of km outside the town. The sink in the bathroom is very small, can be used only to wash your hands. The price we payed to the owner was higher than the one on booking.com.

Location was in very close proximity to the festival I was attending.
The owner of the hotel was easy to get a hold of,friendly and VERY helpful.
I felt very comfortable in my stay and would recommend this place to anyone who is attending Keep It True festival in Königshofen, Baden-Wurttemberg. About 75 min drive from Frankfurt Airport. Hotel has parking and the parking area is nice and safe.
The town itself had some nice places to eat for breakfast and lunch. All were a short walking distance from hotel. Nearby is also a grocery store for water and late night snacks.
All was fine.
I had no issues with anything.
