Das Haus könnte so langsam mal eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Ansonsten ok.

Staff was perfect. Location very near to all sightseeing features

Toilet wasn`t clean. Towel was dirty. No aircondition in summer (temp. 32 °C) is not accetable.

They closed the spa for more than half the scheduled hours (16:00 - 22:00 vs the advertised 7:00-10:00) without informing us either upon booking or at any time thereafter. We booked this hotel for the spa.

Breakfast was great and they had vegan options which was very helpful 🙏 the location of the hotel is wonderful, by the park. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also loved the balcony. Great to relax!

Just that we didn't have free parking available. And I would like a double bed instead of a twin one 😊 other than that everything was OK!

the hotel is old and even being „clean“ (was dusty in many areas) doesnt give you the feeling that it is.the carpet everywhere and old curtains make the atmosphere heavy.There is zero control in the sauna pool area,we were relaxing along with other hotel guests when a large group of younger people came and start splashing in the pool and talking like at the streets,the rest of us had to leave.Also,we decided to have dinner at the hotel and the buffet was ok,we arrived at 19:30 and 20:30 we were asked by the service to please leave because they wanted to set up for the next day and go home,literally.The sauna doesnt open until the afternoon so forget going early bird.

Very nice hotel, nice balcony, good and nice breakfast, clean room. Staff not too friendly except staff in breakfast area, she's nice. Good coffee they serve you in individual coffee pot.

We stayed for 5 night, tea bags never refill. Bus come every 30 min to 1 hour. Walking to train station is about 15 min, faster than wait for the bus.

location great restaurant food super, wait staff superb. the waiter is very professional.

Parking, bathroom, cleanliness, cleaning staff, leaky shower.
