Excellent service, delicious food at Restaurant Le Chinois. Staff was sincere and attentive, making us feel like Sofitel was our second home. Very grateful for their meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Room was lux, especially like the tv that I can watch while having a bath. Location was great, a little away from the main attractions but close enough to walk. Also had great transport links for me to go to Cotai strip and further along places. Special mention of the concierge: Fred and another junior staff there. Both was so helpful and friendly, both offered to book tables or cars or whatever they think I need and answer all my queries with utmost friendliness and professionalism. Even right at the end when I was waiting to be picked up by hotel's transport to the Zhuhai/Macau custom point, Fred came to ensure I got onto the right bus. Highly recommend anyone to stay here...abit of old school glam and charm

One who really stood out was Charles who always greeted us with a smile. He really succeeded in making us feel special.

Every member of staff was extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. The free, regular shuttle bus to the GK bridge was excellent

I stayed over CNY when prices were ridiculously high; the room rate I paid was about 3x more than what would be a reasonable price for these average-at-best rooms. The breakfast buffet was quite good, but the dining room was too small to comfortably accommodate the hordes over CNY, meaning breakfast was stressful and noisy rather than a relaxing and calm experience. The room service menu offered a substantial wine list; sadly none of those wines were actually available - the menu needs to be updated.

The bakery products in Mistral remains a very high quality Staff in both Mistral and 17/F executive club are very nice and helpful

The breakfast was amazing The location in the old town is nice. 20 minutes by walk you can enjoy a good visit and see the ruins and the fortress.

Honestly nothing

Since this is the first time I have been to Macao, the exceptional service provided by Sofitel at Ponte 16 reassures me considerably. Among all the merits given by Ponte 16, none deserves more attention than its convenient location from which one could reach literally all desirable destinations.

Great service and staff. They give quite a lot of complimentary food and free bubble bath! They give me a birthday cake for my birthday stay in the hotel! Their rooms are specious and quiet.

Their air-conditioning is not cold enough, I woke up sweating.

The hotel was very charming- the pool feels quiet and relaxing, and the staff were all incredibly accommodating and spoke very good English (if you like that sort of thing). The shower in our room was great- lots of very hot water, and very strong pressure.
