I love the location. Very near of the best areas is Tsim Sha Tsui.

We witnessed a small altercation among concierge staff and a driver before we left the hotel. But it’s all good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the location is absolutely fantastic! The easy access to the MTR train station made exploring the city a breeze. It was so convenient to hop on the train and visit all the places of interest nearby. I was able to explore the city's attractions without any hassle. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to various shopping malls was a huge plus. After a day of sightseeing, I could indulge in some shopping therapy without having to travel far. It really enhanced my overall experience. The room itself was a haven of comfort. Immaculately clean and well-maintained, it provided a cozy retreat after a busy day. The fact that the room was stocked with a generous supply of toiletries was a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the hotel staff. They were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Their recommendations for local eateries and tips for navigating the city were invaluable. All in all, I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at this hotel. The combination of its unbeatable location, clean and well-equipped rooms, and the warmth of the staff make it a top-notch choice for travelers. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in the city. While my stay at the hotel was fantastic overall, I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the swimming pool with its supposed stunning harbor view.

The room was comfortable but a little small, particularly the bath. Breakfast and dinner were good.

Rooms were well appointed. Service requests were promptly attended to. Housekeeping and toiletries were excellent. Staff were courteous and hospitable.

A minor point really when compared to the rest. Some biscuits /cookies can be kept in the room. We came past mid night after long travel and were bit hungry. Perhaps some additional packaged food can be kept which can be charged upon usage. While Room Service were prompt at normal hours, during the mid night hours it took time to get food.

The Hotel is very well located, well equipped, and in comparison to other hotels is the room comfortable and large

I had the feeling not enough staff at the reception. Allways o long waiting time, even when there was no queue

When i went to swimming pool 2 times but it didn't work. Third time i swam for only 20 minutes and it closed too early.
