Les jardins, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel, literie confortable, emplacement

Pas à la hauteur des autres 5* de Bali. Porte coulissante de la chambre cassée (qui est la porte d’entrée) pas assez de produits dans les salles de bain, bord de piscine privée cassé, pas de service du soir, baldaquin noir et sentant la poussière. Notre expérience globale est bonne mais une rénovation est vraiment nécessaire pour garder le standing.

The Room was spacious, and with a nice view to the Rice fields, the pool and the private garden of the Room. Also the area of the guardens and the hotel, typical decoration, quiet, calm . The staff are nice, but must of them don't understand sometimes what we are asking in English. Regarding the reviews was very strange what was the hotel, just understand if clients stay shortbreaks, like 2 or 3 nights the must , or if they are influence to not do a bad review, as happen to us. when something happens and we complain they do all to make that the client do not make a bad review. We had several problems and this was what we notice

The SPA is terrible, and very expensive, had to go outside went to Mekar SPA wonderfull Spa. For an Hotel in UBUD had only 3 Times a week at 7:30 a yoga class nothing else, had to go to a Yoga studio 5 m walking outside the Hotel that had wonderfull yoga classes, meditation, healing pranayma. The servic at breakfast if we go between 7h/7:30 is terrible to long to serve, since is an la carte breakfast .

Everything was exceptional. The arrangements for our outing into Ubud town was very helpful and welcome.

Everything was perfect. I would note that more local artworks -- larger sculptures in the garden and small sculptures/ flatworks in the rooms and compounds -- would enhance the atmosphere of this beautiful property.

Everything was so beautiful! The beautiful little rice fields, the Serenity Pool, the Restaurant and the Staff were so on point!! The Resort Manager, Pak Wayan Darmawan ensured we were well taken care of. We walked us down the stairs to our Driver's car and provided me his Business Card and said he would provide us with a nice discount should we ever return to this Slice of Heaven. Terima Kasih, Matur Suksema, Pak Darmawan. Ibu Mellanie Cook and I (Ibu Kathleen Stephenson) really enjoyed our private Villa and 2 night stay. Wish we had stayed longer.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was so perfect!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds look amazing, it’s so relaxing and beautiful. The pool is idyllic. Lots of fun activities (floating breakfast, romantic diner, private tours) can be arranged. Awesome spa!

Établissement fabuleux, bien situé, haut standing avec des très belles installations. La villa avec la piscine est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Vraiment en 20 ans de voyages je le classe parmi les plus beaux hôtels que j’ai pu faire. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l’accueil est merveilleux et c’est avec le cœur lourd que je vais devoir quitter les lieux. Encore merci à toute l’équipe et M. Wayan un directeur tres accessible et chaleureux.

We loved everything about our stay. The room was clean and the grounds were spacious. Lots of things available for guests to do including complimentary yoga and afternoon tea which was a delight. Great choice of breakfasts available and the Balinese massage at Dava spa is a must do! All the staff were so kind and helpful. We will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Ubud!

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Wer es liebt,dem Alltag zu entfliehen um zu relaxen ist hier am richtigen Ort. Ein wunderschönes Hotel, perfekte Villen, sehr freundliche zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter und alles wird einem von den Augen abgelesen. Die komplette Anlage ist perfekt gepflegt und wunderschön. Wir waren schon öfters in Bali bzw.Ubud, aber das hat alles übertroffen. Leider mussten wir nach 15 Tagen wieder die Heimreise antreten. Wir wollten nicht weg.Wir kommen wieder und das Hotel ist klare Empfehlung.

Es gab nichts zu meckern. Alles war perfekt für uns.
