Door key kept failing, not a massive deal just a bit annoying

I recently checked out from the hotel after spending only one night here. Unfortunately, I was very, very disappointed with my stay. "All rooms feature a work desk and minibar, and each has a luxury bathroom with a hairdryer."- this was, in-fact, not true. Without a minibar and hairdryer: the rooms were of a very, very low standard of size and quality. Mine in particular had a series of issues that I sincerely regret spending the £92.12 I did, of which I told you before arriving (and on arrival) was for a special birthday occasion. Room 314 had a broken left bedside light, half-detached toilet seat, and bathroom door that would have to be forced shut to be closed. Other issues include, an open, live power socket detached from the wall and hanging from a wire. As well as hair on the bed, broken toilet flush, a broken AC and TV remote with dying batteries.

Tiny, dirty, smelly place

good nice property with excellent location. shops,train-bus stations, food joints are all within 100 meters...would recommend this property for nice and cozy stay

probably one of best good value for money hotel in london area. location is great and you have metro around the corner. private parking is available at extra cost. plenty of restaurant nearby (mainly indians)
