Lock on the door of bedroom broke no ensuite

parking availability , beautiful old style pub , beds were comfortable.
greeted by I’m presuming the female manager, couldn’t of been more friendly and helpful when asked for extra pillows or place to park etc. sorted our door keys out as well.
An absolutely wonderful person, heart of the pub.
loud music that thunderously played and caused the floorboards to rumble til 1.30 both Friday and Saturday night. Then other guests slamming the doors constantly with comings and going till 1.30 and then again at 6.30am. Random people knocking on our doors during the night asking for people!! Canabis filled the top floor with its stench, very limited sleep as a result of these issues. not the way we’d wanted to spend my daughters Birthday treat to London.

Proximity to Hounslow East Station was the only advantage.
This entire property has only shared toilets/bathroom, but the property was not properly listed on Booking.com. I had booked a room for myself & my wife for 4 days on Booking.com & nowhere in my booking is it mentioned about the shared toilet/bathroom. Only after checking-in at the property did we realise that the property has only shared toilets/bathrooms. We tried all possible means to change the hotels by contacting Booking.com several times for hours to change our hotel as we were not comfortable with a shared toilets/ bathrooms as my wife has a medical condition but in all in vain. We were not assured of our refund & we were forced to continue our stay at HEATHROW STAY for all our four days. VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOOKING.COM AS WE HAD TO PAY A PRICE FOR THEIR MISTAKES. Even Booking.com didn't know that the property has only shared toilets/bathrooms, it was we who brought it to their knowledge & when they crossed-check on the hotel website then only they realised that the property has only shared toilets/bathrooms. Hope BOOKING.COM lists their property's accurately so that customers like us do not go to such hardships.

Location was above a pub, which I didn’t expect and would have avoided; it was advertised as a Guest House
Broken cupboard doors, window that doesn’t close, smell of stale cigarettes, smeary mirror, noise from extractor fan on floor above kept me awake

Cleanliness in the bathroom was very poor and the fact that the property had a pub in it made it noisy during nighttime.

the location is good, close to tube station and airport and the guy who checked me in was friendly and helpful.
It was filthy, I actually felt sick when I got I to my room, the walls were full of suspicious stains, there was a really bad smell in the room, the kettle’s spout was full of lipstick like someone had drank directly from the kettle, I told the staff who was really embarrassed and replaced it, how did the cleaning staff not see this?
Also, the rooms are part of a pub so it’s noisy, felt like a hostel, horrible
