struggled to use the coffee machine

It was a lovely apartment with very helpful landlords who got back to my questions quickly, great location for the price.

There was no milk for teas and coffees and the pillows were very soft which was uncomfortable, we both woke up with neck ache

Very clean, spacious and well equipped room in a good location. Off road car parking and close to some very nice restaurants. Access was clearly explained prior to our visit and worked as explained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the studio without hesitation.

We loved staying at the studio, it was comfortable, clean and very spacious. It was relatively quiet, though you can now and then hear the planes from Heathrow, which we didn’t mind. Nice that there was a free parking place. Osterley Park was also very lovely. With the nearby underground station (Picadilly Line, 15-20 min. walk) the center of London was easy to reach. There was a bus stop almost in front of the studio, but we didn’t use the bus. Communications with the host(s) was quick and easy. We would definitively come back.

The room was lovely, the position was quite difficult to get to, especially using public transport.

I'm not a huge fan of futons. For myself personally I find them a bit too hard and uncomfortable. A real bed would definitely suit me better. I would have preferred to have known before I booked.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property that was not only clean and cozy, but also had a friendly and helpful landlord. The added bonus of the two friendly cats on the premises only enhanced my stay. I would highly recommend this property to others.

The room is very well appointed - clean, bright, spacious and warm on a very cold night. It is a self-contained studio at the top of the house. The hosts very much leave you to yourself.

The single bed has a futon mattress which you may not like.

It was very bad accomodations and it was in the attic of the house . It was so cold and dirty place . I didn't like anything

There wasn't a TV in the room. There were two lovely cats , but it wouldn't be suitable for someone with a cat allergy

Excellent communication with owner. Very good location, public transport to London. Highly recommended and would stay again on next visit in London.
