Der Fitnessraum und der Pool haben einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Den Fitnessraum habe ich genutzt, Geräte sind modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wasserspender ist total verkalkt und wirkt unappetitlich. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Frühstück war reichhaltig, mit großer Auswahl.

Die Duschen hatten Vorhänge. Personal war unterbesetzt.

Inability for early check in

The location is great, the gym was brilliant and it’s just brilliant value for money. My room was really well equipped and very comfortable. Even though my room was at the front next to the road, I really didn’t get disturbed by the noise.

I thought the breakfast was slightly over priced (but I didn’t pre-book, which I think makes it cheaper!) There was a great selection, but a lot of what I ate was lukewarm. And the showers in the gym could really do with a deep clean.

Massively overpriced, desperately needs a refurb. Clean but grubby. There was a used razor in the bathroom. Very warm. Health club needs an overhaul.

The ambience, the quality & the wonderful staff.

The location was good. Room very clean and comfortable. Restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Hotel decor slightly dated and needed an update and refresh. The price was quite high in comparison for other hotels which are same price but decor updated. Floor in spa changing room needed cleaning more frequently and drain areas around pool were grimy.

High price in comparison to Crown Plaza Stratford which was same price but fully updated with decor and carpets ect

Fantastic location. Good sized room and facilities. Great having leisure facilities. Restaurant staff really good, especially Charlie who went over and above.

The changing rooms for the swimming pool were very run down and pretty horrible. Expected better.

Very clean, lovely spacious room. I enjoyed access to the pool and spa facilities - excellent!

Bit disappointed with our view from the room, just a roof really. Reception staff were very helpful and found us another room which had a better view of the river and outdoor sitting area. Made use of the pool, which was nice. Lovely breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere.

First i would like to say, that compared with our last, which was brilliant . this time around i almost walked out. the staff were friendly but kept asking other staff advice, which seem to me very unprofessional, plus our room had been changes because a leak , my friend had to sleep on a put you bed, i was not happy with this, then the breakfast which was of poor quality, in the end i just left the plate full of food and it was cold, we had breakfast at 07.30, they did offer5 a refund of £50.00 really not good enough. i loved the veranda over looking the river which i had booked for, but i will really have to think about staying again.

Love the location next to the river. Very nice to have the spa and gym facilities that were super. Specially the gym was a nice surprise. Loved the restaurant and outdoor area. Rooms were clean and nice size.

The location of the bedroom as in front of the window is a large tree and many insects so we couldn't open the window for fresh air. We found insects in the room. Spiders and other insects

Breakfast below 4* hotel standard. Advised run out of fresh bread! Poor selection of fruit. Not for first time one of two coffee machines not working. General lack of checking on replenishing. Delays in removing finished food from our table.

The fact I couldn't pay at the bar with a £50.00 note even though they had lots of change in the till, they said it company policy, however nothing in there policy regarding £50.00 notes?

Harry was amazing. I rang to say i arrived early and i had a distressed baby and if he could get me a room earlier. He was sooo nice over the phone and told me to make my way down. Once i got to the hotel, he was very accomodating and got me my room. Towards the evening he even put a sofe bed on for us! Such a lovely person! He made our experience worth while! Thank u to Harry!

Love the location of this hotel and the airy breakfast area.

I don't like having to pay extra for the car park at this hotel.

Lovely reception and bar area. Super comfortable bed. Room looking a little tired but overall a great stay.

The staff were lovely! Very accommodating and happy to help. Bed also very comfortable and everything was clean. Only a 5-10 minute walk from the train station so perfect location for us.

The self service, the price I paid was not worth it to be honest I definitely overpaid for staying in the crowne plaza I was expecting alot more and overall I wasn't happy about the location itself it was not maintained well and I felt when we checked in it was not IHG standards
