Not very clean. Lots of dust, hair and dirt found under duvet and fake eyelash on the toilet seat. No shampoo or body wash or soap.

Good location, not much else.

Dirty, poor attention to any detail, needs a good spring clean.

Stylish studio apartment within easy walking distance of Reading. Comfortable bed.

The following are minor points and wouldn't stop us from staying again: Noisy neighbours going in and out banging the fire door until 3 am. The apartment building appears to be self-service so there isn't anyone to go to in the middle of the night about the behaviour of other guests. The apartment at first glance, appears to be clean, but the crockery was dirty - ie picked out a drinking glass and it still had the lipstick marks of the last occupants. This is probably because washing up liquid and new cleaning cloths are not provided, so l guess people will just rinse through. In the bathroom behind the door the ceiling and wall were dusty and had cobwebs hanging down. An area l guess the cleaner wouldn't see, similarly the cleaner appeared to have cleaned around the shower gel bottle as when moved the area was ringed and stained. There is a lack of hanging space, one small half length wardrobe - not suitable for hanging dresses or long coats. It rained every day during our stay, there are no hooks to hang coats so we had to hang on the chairs. This means you can only sit on the bed and ultimately will spoil the furniture.

Easy to find and park. Clean, modern studio sensibly furnished and equipped.

Great location for my office, close to Tesco express for groceries. Plenty of off-street parking. Very responsive host

The apartment is in a great location, everything you might need for an evening. Hosts were quick to communicate too.

Perfect location for the event we were attending. Off road parking a bonus. Apartment really comfortable, clean and well appointed. Wayne really helpful and popped round when we couldn't get the heating working, so sorted out very quickly. Thank you we will definitely stay here again if we're over in Reading

My only recommendation would be to install a narrow full length mirror on the rear of the main door although there is a mirror in the shower room so not a criticism, but would be useful

The location is great. Town centre is jus 2 minutes away and there are all the big named food stores just as close if you need anything. The apartment it's self was lovely you really couldn't want for more. Had a few stays there now and with no doubt will be booking again.

The bed was comfy, the view from the window was nice. Area was relatively quiet.

Where do I start? There were two of us and we were staying for 2 weeks, but we got only one key. We asked the owners if we could have two, to which s/he replied "no, but you can use key box". The front door to the house does not have any lock at all. There is a note requesting guests to lock it, which is frankly impossible. The description is misleading. The apartment is a tiny studio. It is nowhere 100 square meters or 1000 square feet. It made our stay very challenging. My partner had to leave early in the morning, meaning he would wake me up at 6am taking shower and boiling kettle for breakfast. It was impossible to make any business calls late in the evening which I have had to make since my colleagues are in different time zone. For some reason there was only one (1) teaspoon in the kitchen. The kettle desperately needs to be descaled. There are no dishes for the oven. There is only one frying pan but no lid. There are no proper coat hangers for business or winter clothes. Last but not least, I found all rubbish bins outside filled or overfilled. Looks like rubbish has not been collected for weeks. There are no proper chairs - only bar stools, not very good for the back.

Location was perfect and easy access to Reading. Safe area for a single female travelling for work and a local Tescos nearby for supplies.

I have used the apartments before and found them to be v good in the past and hence why i rebooked for this week. On arrival, I found the bathroom light was not working and the floor didn't appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. A mirror on the dressing table would have been useful since the on;y mirror was in the bathroom where there was no light.

Great location, and about 1.5 Km to city Center

wasn’t properly clean, and lack of toilet paper rolls. bits of food on the floor and fridge. internet never worked since day one.

Wasn't as clean as the last time I stayed. The overhead light wasn't working. No coffee pods were provided for the coffee machine.

Location was excellent with good parking (safe and off-road).
