Staff were very helpful and nice. A genuinely caring group of people that look after their guests. I will definitely be staying here again!

I really love the staff, they were extremely kind and very helpful. Right from the first day, they were really patient with me even though I came late. The person who was on the evening shift had stayed beyond shift waiting for me, I thought it was really kind and selfless. The room was really cozy and tidy. I really loved it.

the host was very friendly when we arrived but we asked for some plates to eat our food that we had delivered and we was told no in a very rude fashion

staff were friendly and accommodating, remembering me by name. I was only here for a short stay, to visit friends in town. but had everything I needed, parking, Wi-Fi, clean, etc.

No breakfast available & restaurant closed (Tesco is only 10 mins walk!).
