Great location for our stay. North Hykeham railway station nearby for travelling in to Lincoln and no charge for parking the car!

On arrival at reception we was met by Lewis whom was very friendly, checking in was a breeze and was given information about the the hotel, eating, drinking including contacting staff if any problems, we had arrived early evening as we had been to truckfest at the showground that day and enquired about getting food Lewis explained that they were quite busy, explained that when we were ready to eat to come down and he would sort a table for us. Lewis kept his word and we were sat down eating within 30 minutes of arriving at the venue. The family room was lovely, very spacious and clean, the beds beds really comfy and plenty of pillows 😁. I would definitely recommend staying here and this will be our go to stop-over when we come back for truckfest next year.

Good size room, facilities good for the price . Staff in hotel and restaurant friendly Breakfast good quality, evening meal quick, quality and portions as expected in a corporate house. Drink prices very good. Overall very satisfied for what was paid.

Hotel bedrooms are tired and management must know this. Maintenance jobs could still be done though ie: toilet roll holder barely hanging on bits missing on laminate etc... No orange juice on both mornings at breakfast no sausages on second day...This is Lincoln home of the sausage, poor chef ordering. Cold plates for breakfast..I get it, control has to be maintained over people helping themselves but a warm plate is nice for hot food. Poor layout of toaster and drinks, crossing over to do both. This is an observation not a complaint.

They ran out of milk! I suggest getting long life milk in case it happens again.

Room 3 was large and spacious with decent shower. Little noisy with window open but not a big problem. Good TV. Breakfast was good although plates were a bit old and traces of food on the underside from not proper dishwasher clean. Plenty of food otherwise but no marmalade for toast. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good parking

Unable to find very easily with post code or sat nav. Found eventually using a garden centre opposite on Google maps.

Hotel was exceptional. All the staff in the hotel and restaurant were super friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was also amazing. I asked if they had any Veggie sausages available, and they went and cooked me some fresh. We had a carvery in the evening which was also very tasty and great value for money.
