No real atmosphere in the bar, could have done with the music being a bit louder.

Breakfast was very good. Dinner on first night was not good. Bathroom and toilet had 3 steps to get to, not very good for older people especially during the night.

Excellent location and wonderful staff. Breakfast was delicious. We had dinner at the sister hotel which exceeded expectations and used their indoor pool. Can’t wait to return.

The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast is really good here and the location of the hotel is excellent. Car park always had plenty of space and the whole place was immaculate.

Brilliant staff, views, and building. Everything was sparkling clean and the room was very comfortable -- would return.

The hotel is located atop a cliff and the steps that lead to the beach are currently out of order, which meant that even with the temporary solution the hotel found, getting down to the beach was a trek. Would not come here to swim in the ocean until the steps are fixed.

Home away from home, everything you need, dog and kid friendly, amazing staff has great energy, I've stayed in standard family and sea view family, recommend standard if you will only use room to sleep and sea view if you expect to spend some time in room (more space and lots of light and amazing view)

Location was easy walk to the town. Room was spacious, comfortable bed, great facilties. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice. Free parking.

Polite staff, polite chamber maids, clean, always the room topped up and tidied, excellent breakfast, excellent breakfast views, hot tub, swimming pool, good walk to the beach, free parking, strong WiFi, full channeled TV, clean towels everyday, plenty of clothes storage, great base for IOW and they get you cheap ferry crossing.
