The staff were very friendly and my daughter loved the pool. The price was reasonable
The rooms are a bit tired looking and could do with a freshen up. Bedroom windows face out into the hallway so was a bit noisy when people were in the hallway

Given a wonderful room at a very good price first night. It was roomy clean and quiet. I had to move to another apartment as I had a different booking as a friend was joining me and we needed twin beds
The room I was moved to backed onto the lifts and was extremely noisy thru night but particularly from 5 am onwards. I decided to speak to Reception and one lady went above and beyond and moved us to another room which was very comfortable. I think her name was Loma

It was very close by to Darling Harbour, there was facilities of spas and pools. The staff were very helpful and even provided an area to store luggage which was extremely helpful
It wasn’t clean. The bathrooms were not very clean, hair on the sink and the inside of the microwave was horrible

The room was spacious and well laid out. There was very little noise within the hotel, although there was some noise during the day from an adjoining construction site. However, this noise was not intrusive with the door to the balcony shut. Finding that the hotel had put a small carton of milk in the fridge was a pleasant surprise. The receptionist was extremely helpful, especially when I couldn't get the TV to work because it had been tuned to the wrong HDMI port.
The cleaner had forgotten to empty the rubbish bin in the kitchen area. I reported this to reception so I hope it won't happen again.

Good location near key sites. The pool and Dia were nice and open long hours. Room was clean and comfortable.
Location to get to hotel on foot rather odd walking through the car park in the evening as a solo female didn’t feel ideal.

The maintance that started at 730am right next to my room. And the bedroom being right at the front of the apartment, you hear everyone coming and going whilst you try to sleep in bed.

It was very close to attractions at Darling Harbour and light rail. Had everything that was required.
The shower over the bath didn’t have grips to stop feet sliding and a handrail would be handy when getting out of bath/shower.

Conveniently placed for access to city. Reception area well presented. Bathroom needs updating, cracked bathroom tiles across the floor & hole in loft hatch. Carpet grubby.

Very noisy (they did provide ear plugs - which was a warning in itself) made worse as we backed onto the lift.
Room was OK, just in need of renovation. if we had leaned on the sink unit in the bathroom, I think it would have come off the wall.
