Wonderful staff, they upgraded us to an amazing suite and we just loved it!

We had the most amazing view of Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Opera House. Our room was large and very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant on the top floor and it was very good. Reception staff were very efficient. Easy walking distance to the light rail and Circular Quay. We hope to go back.

Beds were comfortable and valet service was good
Service staff especially check in were ridiculously poor - I got sent a link with ‘offers’ that weren’t offers. I was ‘upgraded ’ to a significantly less good room than the one I had booked, they didn’t attend to the roll out bed, missing tea etc and the movie I paid for didn’t work properly. I paid a fortune for the most average of meals. All in all I was really really disappointed

The view is incomparable. The rooms are big and well appointed albeit a little dated now. We had the opera house view room and watching the hustle and bustle of circular quay from above was just the best.
We were very disappointed in the buffet breakfast. The main reason we rebooked this venue was the buffet breakfast on the 36th floor had such breathtaking views and the food was great. However, they’ve moved the breakfast to a pokey little cafe area on the first floor with no view and the food was average at best. We will not rebook this hotel again, and for this price point we will look at the Crown in Barangaroo instead.

The staff were so friendly and everything I needed was at the hotel from the spa to cocktail bar with a view.
They were great with my little one too. We went at Christmas time and got to see Santa roaming too along with carol singers.

Um 40 AUD ein reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet.
Der Poolbereich war sehr kühl und wirkte nicht gerade einladend.
Wenig Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten dort.

We were upgraded and it was such a fantastic surprise, we had harbour and Opera house views. The spa was amazing . Loved the complimentary use of the robes and slippers. Mini bar selection was great.. A big big spotlight on the Gentleman who managed our baggage. He was tall and experienced. His service alone would bring me back every time.
I think Complimentary bottles of water would be nice. I am funny about water. Happy to pay for wine but water bottles should be provided for those phobic of tap water. Expensive antipodes water could be part of the mini bar.

No exaggeration, all was as rated above, particularly the staff along with the location made this a near perfect experience.
Signage that main entrance is around the corner when coming up the hill from Wynyard station.

Good location, convenient and clean room.
We couldn't find a coffee cup, so I had to use a tea cup. Because I didn’t want to trouble the staff, I didn’t ask the hotel. In addition, the employee knocked on the wrong room twice. (Once we knocked on the door and asked what kind of envelope we needed to go into the room to get? Another time the staff gave us band-aids? None of them were requested by us)

The breakfast was overpriced and the hot meal I was served was cold. It was clearly pre-cooked, kept under a heat lamp and then served up when ordered.

We couldn’t work out how to empty the spa in our bathroom and the bathroom sink wasn’t emptying the water so it kept filling up.

First time ever at an hotel to be asked are you here for any special occassion and to then be treated to a little cake, which was delicious was exceptional. The staff member at checkin was so polite and professional, such a delight to deal with. The room was much bigger than expected and the view gorgeous. Bed and pillows were so comfy. Only fault I do have is we did not have longer to spend here !
I did not like the fact the Blu bar closed at 10pm, given it was weekend. We had function booked and finish time did not allow bring partner to view this delight. This was only dissappointment not being able to view at night from there, however we took in the fab view while we enjoyed a delicious brekkie next morning.

Location is good/convenient, though be prepared to walk steep stairs and roads just to get a coffee.
The description, and pictures on Booking.com were misleading compared to the actual room. The pictures showed modern decor rooms, ours was old and tired. A friends room had an espresso coffee machine, ours did NOT. This is standard in hotel rooms at that price elsewhere and even at lower priced hotels.
