The air cooling unit gave our hot air , the staff tried to move rooms for me but was the same issue - ha the window open but the noise from the busy road was awful - the staff gave me a refund for the next night

Room was comfortable and the breakfast a good choice. I did have an evening meal which was of a good standard. No complaints. The prices for a hotel were very fair.
The window let traffic noise in although it was double glazed. Probably needed new seals around the window. Otherwise it was a comfortable bed and room.

Perfect for a stag do. Easy to find, close to town. NIce and clean too. Not having to checkout until 12 was ideal too.

cleaners monopolised the lifts !! you would think they would let paying guests use them , hotels has a damp smell

Property is in good location
I was disappointed with clean inside the bathroom was completely dirty and women’s hair all over inside shower room when I come to the hotels about midnight and entered in shower and I have to clean my self

I stayed here with my two children. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Great shower.

Very handy for the station.
Had to approach via steps. not easy with a suitcase. The traffic noise, despite closed windows, quietened after rush hour, but woke me well before 6.00 am.
I managed to stun my toe on the awkward step up to the shower room.

The location was perfect, room was lovely. But the staff were excellent on the night we visited really helpful and friendly.
Air con in the room was much too warm.

Great value, room was comfortable and quiet. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great.
The shower could have been cleaner and there was toilet roll in the toilet when we arrived.
