For its price range, the property looks great and a good value for money.

Stayed for three days /two nights. On my second day, arrived back to the room to find it empty of ALL my belonging. Even though I’ve left a not disturb sign. It took 24hrs for reception to find most of my belonging. Some small items are still missing.

Staff are the best thing about this hotel....from reception to bar staff they can't do enough for you ...love this hotel grt location

Gym facilities lacking and parking very confusing

Good location. Air con was welcome in such temperatures!

Reception desk wasn’t clearly signed as such. Just looked like a few people gathered with laptops and papers around a few tables. Looked unprofessional. The room was in a poor state of repair - paint flaking off walls, carpet stained. Our “clean” bath towels had suspicious brown stains on them. Staff were abrupt and not overly helpful.

Good sized and well designed family rooms and bathroom, sofa bed has mattresses that realistically fits 2 people (often they don’t), plenty of storage, good lighting options. Dining room is gorgeous and great breakfast choices.

The sofa bed mattresses tend to slide apart when sleeping on them, but we solved this by pushing the sofa bed right up to the main bed.

The Hotel is stunning, Bar staff were exceptional and friendly as were the reception staff. Room was perfect and decoration so on trend throughout.

Very clean. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast choice.

We didn’t use the suggested car park as our car felt a little exposed. We used the John Lewis car park which was closer and under cover. It only cost £4 too!

breakfast in my room was cold and the decaf coffee was an instant sachet. slightly disappointing but not the end of the world.

The location was excellent, with a small walk getting you into the shopping center and main high street.
