It was very centrally located with the trams and the train station within walking distance. Spacious and immaculate rooms with nice big bathrooms.

The room service menu was very limited for a hotel of radisson’s stature.

Great location and due to my work schedule I don't have time to go exploring for food, so I purchased the room with breakfast included. Sadly they have discontinued the morning omlette bar and the lovely old restaurant manager is no longer there. However the hot breakfast buffet was still great and the evening restaurant manager (Peter I think was his name?) was excellent and he made me the best hot chocolate I've ever tasted (this was dessert for my evening meal). Also just around the corner is a 24 hour minimart which is great too. I had requested a room on or above 4th floor to help me sleep regarding traffic noise and they succesfully did this. The room wifi was good, although it seems to become a bit tricky if you turn the tv to plug your laptop in via HDMI on as it seems to then want to keep asking for a code from the tv which was annoying but I ended up turning the tv off and using the room wifi instead of the tv casting wifi.

The room's powerpoints at the desk and both side of the bed were fully occupied by hotel phones x 2, lamps and alarm clock etc. I had to bring my own powerboard to allow my sleep apnoea machine to be plugged in and be able to have phone and devices charging beside bed.

The location was excellent, the staff were amazing and great, the room was perfect. The house keeper catered to our needs. Loved everything

The location of this hotel was fantastic for our family! A short walk to the market, easy access to trams and the train station - Flagstaff. Our view was of the gardens across the road, which would be perfect for a walk in nicer weather. The reception made sure that all our needs were met including adjoining rooms for our family of 6. We will definitely be visiting again!

The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable. If your room is on the street side, it is noisy very early in the morning.

Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Location and staff are great. The size of the room is good, and the bathroom has a good amount of bench space, there was also adequate hangers for clothes. Appreciate that.

My air conditioner wasn't working, the room was stuffy. The bed was hard and because the air was still the room was hot. The TV also was glitching. Breakfast was adequate, being charged for a coffee when we have paid $35 is ridiculous. We also had 2 x steaks which were $60 each and requested a little more pepper sauce we were informed that it would be an additional $1 and then told it would be an extra $5 - this dulled the experience of the dinner which was cooked beautifully and credit to the chef. I've stayed at the Radisson numerous times and this was the worst experience I've had. Also other people eating breakfast were touching the food with their hands, I know you can't control that but it didn't make me feel the food was hygienic.

Location was close to free trams. Room was spacious. Could borrow an umbrella from concierge which is helpful for Melbourne weather! Staffed 24hrs which is rare these days. Room included an international adaptor for overseas travellers!

Felt dated. Shower pressure wasn’t great. Only valet parking was onsite. Self parking is offsite in a nearby Wilson’s carpark (this wasn’t clear in communications) and you had to pay per exit or 24hrs which adds up!

The location was not bad. We were able to walk to the CBD in 10 mins.

This hotel is definitely geared towards budget travelers. The rooms are small, and most guests are part of tour groups, making it quite noisy at night with 3-5 people squeezed into each tiny room. The beds were super uncomfortable as well.

I loved the breakfast, it had variety and catered for different dietary requirements. We were upgraded to a park room. Room was clean and had adequate vanity items. Bed was comfortable and cooling/heating was good.

I don't think the room was worth the price paid. We were upgraded to park view but had a untidy, weed and unkept roofline outside our window. Room was average size, older style fixtures and fittings. Didn't know if we could drink the bottle of water on the bedside table. Assumed it was for club members
