Exceptional vacation!! We stayed in the "Deluxe Ocean View." From check-in and interaction with guest services to dining, every part of the experience was perfect! Erika made sure to make every part of our experience phenomenal, and it was so sweet to see the room decorated (I had mentioned it was my sister's birthday). Upon arrival, Santiago was very informative and gave us an overview of the property and restaurants-- I especially recommend Bodega Restaurant-- ask for the "Mexican Coffee" experience!!

We missed our flight in and arrived a day late. One more day would have been amazing, but our schedule did not allow it (even though we were offered).

El tamaño del hotel, es demasiado grande y es muy incómodo tener que estar solicitando los carritos de golf para trasladarse. Esto tiene como consecuencia que el servicio al cuarto se muy tardado, solo rellenaron el servibar del cuarto 1 vez y la estancia fue de 5 días.

Staff were great. Fantastic location and weather. Rooms were lovely and the team at the hotel did a great job to give us rooms next to each other so that we could be together as a family

The swimming pool has endless broken tiles in the bottom that can only be described as extremely dangerous. We ended up in hospital for 3 hours after our son cut his foot open with a 4cm cut and it needed to be glued as it was so large. I don’t recommend going to this hotel until the pool is properly repaired

Realicé una estadía de solo 3 noches en el hotel con mi pareja, pero mi experiencia se vio empañada por una situación desagradable. Al hacer el check-in, me invitaron a un desayuno para presentarme las membresías del hotel. Acepté, pero aclaré que no quería que me tomaran mucho tiempo, ya que deseaba disfrutar mi estancia. La recepcionista me aseguró que no sería así, que solo sería durante mi desayuno. Sin embargo, la persona que me atendió, Carolina, no entendió mi postura. Nos llevo por las instalaciones del hotel, nos enseñó habitaciones y espacios de los miembros, A pesar de que reiteradamente le dije que no estaba interesado en la membresía y que quería disfrutar del hotel, ella continuó insistiendo. Incluso, llamó a su gerente para tratar de convencerme. Lo que más me molestó fue que, Su gerente tanto ella juzgaron mi vida personal, mi apariencia física, mis decisiones donde decido gastar mi dinero, así mismo el comentario que ella le hizo a mi novio mientras lo acompañaba al baño, Carolina le comentó que no debería permitir que yo limitará sus decisiones y que a veces personas como yo no permiten el crecimiento. Me pareció un comentario de muy mal gusto y totalmente inapropiado. A pesar de que me comporté con paciencia y educación, ellos no mostraron la misma actitud. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable que empañó mi estadía en el hotel.

This was one of the most prettiest properties I have ever stayed in. The villa was exquisite. The food is delicious a very good choice for all inclusive.

Most of the TV channels are in Spanish so if you do not speak Espanol, it’s not a good choice to stay in. Even though the shower and Jacuzzi tub was very romantic there was no hot water to enjoy it.

Hotel mto bom, comida ótima, praia particular tem muitas pedras mas da pra entrar, piscina sensacional. Fomos final do abril mas foi possível ver baleias da praia, da piscina do hotel e até da varanda do quarto

A menos que sejam um casal de hobbits, vc e seu marido não conseguirão dormir juntos na double bed do quarto ocean view. Quando efetuamos a reserva a descrição dizia 2 doubles beds ou uma king size. Como sempre fiz, para outros tantos hotéis que anunciam dessa forma e nunca tive problema, no ato da reserva solicitei a king size. Porém explicaram que é mediante a disponibilidade e para assegurar a king size teríamos q mudar a categoria do quarto, mas não havia disponibilidade para king size e a única “solução” seria um downgrade para um quarto sem vista do mar pelo mesmo valor pago, o que não aceitamos e acabamos dormindo separados. Bem desagradável essa questão e vi outro casal reclamando do mesmo problema. Não anunciem colocando opções em que o cliente deve pagar mais para garantir uma das opções oferecidas. Só para deixar registrado também nos últimos 2 dias em sistema all inclusive não houve reposição das bebidas do frigobar.

Clean and comfortable Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and quick service.

Lack of outlets. Water in shower was barely warm one of the nights. Heat did not work, room was cold. Excessive use of plastic water bottles - it would be great to see more of an effort in reducing waste by providing water stations and reusable cups instead. Check in was very slow and no one offered us any water while we waited almost a half hr to complete the process.

The location was good, the weather was great and the view from our room was pretty nice. The drinks at the lobby had the best liquor option and better brands. The masseuses were kind and did their job well.

Ugh. First of all they lost our reservation, despite the hotel sending me various emails throughout the prior week confirming our reservation and to connect me with what I thought was our concierge. We spent like 2 hours for them to get us another reservation and tried blaming us. They must've not updated the reservation either because we would give our room number to restaurants and the spa and there was a problem with it every time. The facilities are what I would expect from a $150-max $300 hotel. They were probably at their prime in the 90's. The service: The staff was mostly ignoring us, my husband and I kept being puzzled at how we felt an inconvenience to them, there was a lot of people being New Years, but even when trying to get a drink at a bar, while politely waiting for my turn, I overheard them talking about how fed up they were with the tourist. Now, I understand. I used to work the industry in Baja so I always tipped, but I felt like I had to tip from the first interaction so I could get at least acknowledge of our presence to no avail, it didn't matter. It's not the staff, it's the management. Clearly the staff is overworked and the systems implemented don't seem to work. My husband and I booked a massage for 190 min and despite paying ahead of time at the lobby they still gave us a hard time, one thing is not finding our payment, another thing is making you feel like you're trying to rob them. The attitude of the receptionist at the spa was uncalled for and not what I have experience at a $1000+ a night hotel. The reservations and communications from the staff was horrible, we felt invisible as we would try to make reservations and each place would tell us we needed to go through somewhere else to make it. Which resulted in ending up being too late for most restaurants. I felt like I couldn't reason with anyone. The food. I would describe it as if 7-eleven served full meals.

Next to ocean watching sunrise and sunset was wonderful!

The views were amazing. The property was well maintained and even though the property was large they provided golf carts and drivers to take you anywhere you wanted to go.

The swim up bar pool was cold and had a slanted ramp right before the bar that wasn’t marked so if you didn’t know it, you slipped.

The beachfront was nice which is hard to find in Cabo due to the terrain. The All inclusive included drinks which were made with quality alcohol, and were made well & strong. Everyone was VERY friendly. The room service was quite phenomenal, and was very convenient. The Resort itself was not over populated by any means. Housekeeping was on top of their game always making sure the room was clean, and that we had enough towels to go around. They definitely keep that place running. The Mini fridge in the room was stocked, and complimentary if you do the all inclusive. The Starbucks was convenient to have. Coffee shop snacks were nice little extras and seemed to put a smile on everyone’s face that came in.

Most of the restaurants on site included long wait times which caused the food to be cold when we eventually did receive it. The restaurants serve small plates which often times had great presentation, but a lack luster taste. The online platform that you can use to find out daily activities happening at the resort was difficult to access, but has the potential to be used to its full potential. The Starbucks workers, along with every body else were very friendly and hard working, but they let their espresso shots sit out for to long so they became very bitter. I watched them do this for just about all the drinks they made in a 30 minute time period.

1. It was NOT all inclusive!!!!! Having dinner at one of the restaurants cost $30 just to eat there! Then the menu items at all the other restaurants had a special menu that was also not included, going to get coffee, top shelf liquor, even trying to get shuttled to places cost money....i was very surprised and disappointed you had to pay for those things. Also, to go into the grand club you had to pay $50 a day to get in....AND it was not worth the money what so ever. 2. another big disappointment was how the place was not air conditioned good at all. we would be sweating during meals, we sweat during our massage, in the lobby, any closed in areas had the worst air flow. 3. also when we booked our room we booked a Deluxe room to have either 2 queens or 1 king and when we got there 1 king was not an option. you had to pay an extra $100 a night to get a king bed.

The breakfast buffer had plenty of tions and the service was excellent. Numerous restaurant options, the Sushi and Italian restaurants were two of my favorites for dinner. During the day the poolside restaurant was a great option and very convenient. We stayed in the family suite and there wa splenty of room for the 5 of us as it has two separate bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Also, unlike many other hotels there was a section of beach where you could get into the water. Kids got a chance to snorkel right at the hotel.

August might not be the best time to visit unless you like it hot, hot, hot!!

The staffs deserve an applause for being super friendly and helpful! I think that was the best of our stay. Everyone was super friendly but in a genuine way, not because they work there (maybe) but we could feel the genuine from their smiles and quick conversations with them.
