Te cobran una tarifa de 900 por un perrito y las amenidades no las entregan desde el inicio y son muy básicas. Tuve que estar pidiendo que las subieran porque no las entregaron con el cuarto

la ubicacion del hotel es buena y accesible.
se retrasaron por mas de 45 minutos en asignarnos la habitacion, "por exceso de visitantes y por que no se daban abasto para limpiar y dejar nuevamente en condiciones las habitaciones", el problema real, fue que el personal de recepcion solo nos decian que en los siguientes 5 o 10 minutos nos daban la habitacion, y al pasar este tiempo nos volvian a decir que esperaramos otros 5 o 10 minutos, y nuevamente asi hasta que despues de 45 minutos por fin y despues de haber estado esperando y ya molestos fue como se asigno una habitacion, que por cierto tenia fallas en la instalacion electrica, tuvimos que estar atinandole a uno de los apagadores para que no se quedara sin energia lectrica toda la habitacion, y aparte de esto, en el acceso estan unas personas que de inicio creimos que eran parte del personal del hotel y resulto que no, son "promotores" de un a empresa que ofrece "servicios turisticos" a futuro (algo asi como los tiempos compartidos), y que, si efectivamente son muy amables, pero practicamente te quieren organizar tus tiempos y a base de mensajes te estan tratando de organizar tu tiempo de acuerdo a las actividades que a ellos les interesa, por lo que llega a ser asfixiante la presion para que "participes" en las actividades que a ellos les conviene. en fin que lastima que un fin de semana de descanso se vean frustrado por "presion" de vendedores cobijados por el mismo hotel y por falta de atencion de los empleados de esta empresa.

Terrible attitude from Berenice at front desk while checking-in (July 10, 16:52 hours).
Trust me Fiesta Inn, the last thing you need after driving almost 8 hours to reach your destination, is to be received by a rude lady who seems to hate her job.
Had the chance to talk to Daniel (supervisor) about it; however, this type of details would make me think twice before booking a room with you again.

Location was good, they need more sunbeds, or stop people claiming them with towels, but not using them until midday, despite putting down towels at 8 am, so Mexicans are becoming Germans I guess.Pool was a good size, you have access to the beach via steps, but not directly by the hotel , 100 meters away. Or you could climb over the rocks.
Only a small number of rooms with a balcony, we had a window overlooking the pool and sea, buy you can't open it.Cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning room, Bathroom had mold on ceiling. Because of poor ventilation in the bathroom...as a Genius Member I was upgraded to a better room, hate to think what the other would of been like. Price was about 1500 pesos less for 3 nights then Camino real , We wish we had paid the extra.but if price conscious perhaps you can try here.

Very old fashioned hotel, A/C United rusted, broken and very noisy. safe box wasn’t working (called 3 times and they didn’t care), mold on shower and broken faucet.
Not close to what I expected. Old curtains, everything seems to be falling apart. Not planing to coming back.

The beach view. Just that!
The pictures not reflect the reality of the maintenance of this hotel. I reserved a suite waiting to have a good experience to celebrate my birthday. But it was not like that.. the room has very old furniture, not well maintained. The first room that was offered to my husband in the check-in was dirty the bathroom and many furniture was broken... no way, does not value the price paid. Not considere coming back anymore. Elevators not running and many others utilities in very precarious condition

The staff is friendly and attentive. The location at the beach is great. The pool is clean and the water is warm. The beach area is good to swim with children. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.
Our room (superior double room) didn’t have a balcony. The pillows are very hard, which resulted in the neck pain. The air conditioner is very old and noisy; also we had problems with it. The food in the restaurant is not tasty and expensive. Very few umbrellas in the pool area, it is hard to find a shadow there.
