La alberca , es muy pequeña y parece balneario

Ubicación y amabilidad del personal.

El hotel está muy bonito, tiene una alberca grande y jacuzzi adentro y acceso a club de playa con transporte, además de que al estar adentro de la plaza, tiene acceso a farmacia y restaurantes. Mucho más barato que otros hoteles qué están a pie de playa. En general una gran opción para ir en familia.

El desayuno un poco caro y el servicio de tra aporte a la playa no es tan frecuente y se siente la obligación de pagarlo aun si es gratuito.

Me gusto mucho el desayuno de mucha calidad. Su habitación muy limpia y confortable.

El aire acondicionado suena mucho y en ocasiones no deja dormir bien.

The service, the staff was rude and accused me of breaking rules WITH NO PROOF, charged a fee, they charged more than the agreed rate at check in, and they were flat out mean about it when I questioned them.

I loved the gym . Lot of equipment followed great swimming pool. Air conditioning in room perfect

Only 02 elevator long waiting for guests . Check in process is slow. I Had to wait right upto 3 pm to get a room.

Galeria Plaza Veracruz hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, ambience, amenities, and service. Hotel is constructed as a beautiful atrium space. I had a Deluxe King Suite (they honored my request for high floor, quiet corner of hotel) that was large, comfortable, and very nicely equipped with Netflix, Prime Video, cable TV, refrigerator, rainfall shower, complimentary toiletries, safe, ironing board, hair dryer, and ample closet space. The fitness center and pool were absolute gems! The included daily breakfast was awesome--lots of choices and everything fresh, including juices and made to order omelets and delicious pastries. Finally, the hotel is located inside an upscale mall (and across the street from another high-end mall)--remember those? Lots of shopping venues, cafes, restaurants and fast food choices plus two separate cinema houses surrounding Galeria property. Lots of people enjoying themselves shopping, eating or just hanging out.

Throughout my stay (4 nights) at the Galeria Plaza Veracruz, one of the escalators and one elevator was out of service. It was a minor inconvenience but having to walk up a long flight of stairs to enter the hotel (instead of using out-of-service escalator) detracted from my experience. Also, although I'm comfortable speaking basic Spanish, I found it odd that at this well-known hotel chain, nearly all of the reception and restaurant staff spoke almost no English. Regardless, the hotel staff were very professional and friendly.

The property was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The accommodations were quiet and very comfortable. The location is excellent, in the middle of the mall, but you would never know it. The ride to the private beach was about five minutes and easily walkable. The pool, restaurant area, and beach were all beautiful.

there is a great bar with ample seating, but it was very air-conditioned and too cold. There were only two tables outside on the terrace, but I’m sure they would’ve brought more had we asked.

while my stay there was construction going on very loud ! hard to sleep or relax; pillows need to be replace they small awful!!!!
