Banheiro sujo, com cheiro de urina, com cabelos na banheira e espalhados no quarto. Suporte de sabonetes estava quebrado, muito difícil de utilizar.

Gostei imenso de toda a atenção e amabilidade dos funcionários. Viajámos por questões de saúde, ou seja, sem horários propriamente definidos, e foram extremamente simpáticos aos nos terem facilitado horários de entrada/saída. Quanto ao quarto em si também era ótimo.

Acho que o único ponto menos positivo foi a questão da climatização, visto que o nosso ar condicionado, mesmo no máximo, não aquecia nada, ainda esfriando mais o quarto.

Sempre ficamos nesse hotel todos os anos que vsmos a Portugal

Radisson Blu in Lisbon is my go-to hotel - especially while traveling. It's a lovely facility where everything promised is delivered every single time. This was likely my 20th visit and everything was perfect from the reception to the bed and shower, and finally to the shuttle ride to the airport. It's a great value all around. Why would I ever stay anywhere else?

Breakfast buffet was okay, but some of the hot food was not the best. The selection was amazing though and wish there was more variety in the hot food section. maybe even a more traditional portuguese breakfast?

The crispy chicken dish was amazing. The front desk ladies were nice and helpful.

Didn’t the that there is no pool. The underground parking is way too tight for SUV’s.

Our room was very stylish. There was hair in the bathroom floor. It seemed as though it hadn't been cleaned/used in some time.

The check in was incredibly slow and painful. The 2 agents took more than 15 minutes with each group in front of us and no one came out to help them. The one lady was friendly but the man was very slow and not pleasant to talk to. Our room was a good size but the sofa bed was horrible and did not even have sheets for it, just one loose sheet on top of it, but no blanket or cover for anyone sleeping on it. The AC did not work well at all and the maintenance person looked at it, said that was that in a very disconcerning attitude, and didn't make it work any better. I called for xtra pillows and they said the hotel didn't offer xtra pillows, so we each had only 1 flat pillow. There were no outlets with USB charging and their airport shuttle only ran on the hour, even though the ride was less than 15mins.

Dirty room, the room had not been made up. I wanted a shower before dinner as I had been traveling all day and it was late. Did not have time to go and change the rooms etc. more time wasted. The hotel failed to give me my early morning call. That is a very big, no no. I could have missed my flight if I had relied 100% on the hotel.

all building and interior is old. in our room, fridge was broken and didn’t work, so smelled so bad from there
