Horrible treatment, upon arrival an employee said that he could not check in for each person in the room because it took too long, we told him that we had time and it only took 1 minute, in order not to work, an employee took us to the luggage room and we could not and another started yelling at us that what we were doing, it wasn't our fault. The last day I had a contracture that I had to stay without going out on tourist visits, and I asked for a room or to pay something until later and they wouldn't let me. I went to the back of the hotel where there are some sofas that were not a transit area, and they put to rest with pain patches and was scolded again I have been traveling around the world since I was 18 and no one has ever treated me so badly on my trips. trato horrible, al llegar un empleado dijo que no podía facturar a cada persona de la habitación porque tardaba mucho, le dijimos que teníamos tiempo y tardo solo 1 minuto, para no trabajar, una empleada nos llevo a la sala de maletas y no se podía y otra nos empezó a gritar que qué hacíamos, no era culpa nuestra. El último día tuve una contractura que me tuve que quedar sin salir a visitas turísticas, y solicité una habitación o pagar algo hasta más tarde y no me dejaron me fui al fondo del hotel dónde hay unos sofás que no era zona de paso , y me puse a descansar con parches para el dolor y fui regañada de nuevo llevo viajando por todo el mundo desde los 18 años y nadie me había tratado tan mal en mis viajes

Amplitud de la habitación y ubicación del hotel muy tranquila y cercana al centro. Cama amplia y cómoda. Desayuno con mucha variedad y te hacen un picnic si lo necesitas. El personal de recepción fue muy amable en todo momento y hablan varios idiomas.

El servicio de habitaciones diario consistía únicamente en hacer la cama (regular) y cambiar las toallas. En las 5 noches que estuvimos, echamos en falta que barrieran un poco, aunque sea el cuarto de baño... El horario de desayuno comenzaba a las 7am, pero normalmente no eran muy puntuales...

Excellent location 5 mins walk from O'Connell Street. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food on offer.

Evening meal menu was very limited indeed for those with sensitivities or allergies but staff did their best to adapt the menu slightly. The 'salad' however was disappointing...just a few rocket leaves and pine nuts on the side. Could do much, much better in this respect.

On the positive side the staff were friendly.

We had a Very disappointing stay here. Our room was in the basement with windows looking at the HVAC unit. There was a mildew smell in the room. The room was tiny - barely room to walk between the beds and the beds were surprisingly short. The neighborhood is near Parnell Square, but is about 2 blocks from a tourist-friendly area. It didn't seem unsafe, but it wasn't exactly nice. In general, this seems much more like a 2 star or 3 star hotel at best.

Modern hotel, brilliant selection of food. We had breakfast and dinner in hotel and absolutely loved it. Beds were really comfy and room was lovely and clean and spacious.

There’s no parking at property so you have to park close by and walk. Short distance to walk though and you get it discounted.

Wir haben ein dreckiges mir Kaufummistückchen Handtuch erhalten. Zusätzlich war die Lüftung im Badezimmer dermassen laut, dass man diese durch die geschlossene Türe laut gehört hat. Die Lüftung kann angeblich gemäss Nachfrage nicht abgestellt werden.

The bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while, there were a lot of soap scum marks on the shower and the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed in weeks or more. There was an old man smell in the bedroom so it's questionable if the sheets were changed. I told the front desk about the bathroom, and they sent someone who didn't seem to mind the dirty bathroom and was scratching at shower curtain like the mildew was gonna come off. He was able to replace it at end. Also, the toilet takes like 2 or 3 flushes for the water to come out of the tank.

Hôtel très agréable et bien situé, on peut facilement se rendre sur les lieux touristiques à pied ou en bus, tout en étant au calme. L’option sans gluten du petit déjeuner est très appréciable. Le personnel était très sympathique et souriant.

Cet établissement est bien situé au centre de Dublin . Il est facile d’aller à pied jusqu’au différents points d’intérêt de cette belle ville. Le matin, le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien achalandé . Il y en a pour tous les goûts .

The room itself was very well appointed. Large bed, well decorated and comfortable.

The bathroom was looking quite shabby and not the cleanest. Obvious repairs had been made, and lots of grout had gone black/brown.

Booked room with 2 double beds as 2 adults and 2 16 year olds were staying. Ended up with a double, a single and a camp bed.

Parking issue is terrible. No parking at hotel.

The bathroom was unclean with mold on ceiling the rooms also had mold on the walls. This was a very unpleasant stay it made my son's asthma worse. I informed staff and they just replied with sorry for the experience.

Tolles Hotel, gut vom Flughafen Dublin zu erreichen (mit Linie 16 für unter 5 Eur). Modern ausgestattet, sehr ansprechend und sauber. Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück war gut und ordentlich angerichtet und für jeden was dabei. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die direkte Anbindung zum Bahnhof (Stassenbahn) ist ca. 10 Minuten zu laufen. Mit Koffer und im Regen nicht so schön, aber machbar.

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the hotel and in the neighbourhood. Location is good as you're about a 25 minute walk from most of the tourist areas. If you're looking to be a bit closer to the action then this might not be the place for you but the walk is really nice as you go past lots of cute shops and restaurants. My room was clean, comfortable, a great size, and had everything I needed except for a fridge, but I knew that when booking. Can't complain!

Only thing that was weird was how they make the beds, as some other reviewers have mentioned. The sheets aren't really tucked in but are just kind of laid out on top of the mattress. It was weird but I just tucked it in myself, no big deal.
