The room was tidy and house keeping did a brilliant job in cleaning the rooms daily. Breakfast had good variety and was delicious.

Lighting and bedding in the room could have been better. Also the outdoor area needed cleaning, as it was dusty and mouldy on the chairs. Breakfast queue needs to be managed efficiently as there were empty tables and still alot of confusion among the staff.

Proximity to seaworld and the various activities they have available for families

The rooms are so dated, and in dire need of renovations. Every aspect of the resort needs some sort of update.

Brilliant location for SeaWorld. Friendly staff, good facilities, comfy room and everything we needed for our stay. Pool area was good despite renovations taking place.

Room door wouldn’t double lock. We timed breakfast well by going early but the queue later was very long!

Being able to access SeaWorld from our hotel was amazing. The grounds and facilities are spectacular if it wasn’t winter we would have used the water park and pool but us north qlders don’t swim in winter! Staff were incredible! The water views were incredible, we even had a complimentary upgrade as we were celebrating a special occasion. Also gifted a bottle of wine which I left in the fridge!!! So thank you for the kind gesture! Winter saw little fire pits the kids could roast marshmallows at night! Overall this place was amazing and we will definitely be back!

We have always loved going to SeaWorld as there is so much to see and do

When we were given our room key we headed to our room 2088 and opened the door at night to find there was another family in that room! Humiliated we went back to reception and they gave us a new room which had bigger beds 2082 and it had just been renovated and smelt like paint, there was paint/sanding dust all over the verandah and a few areas in the room! We thankfully didn’t spend too much time in the room as the smell was quite strong! We had no table and chairs but n the verandah to sit at so we were quite disappointed with this stay. The plug they had in the bathroom didn’t even fit the bathtub hole as the plug was a mile too big!

Exceptional service as soon as I walked through the front doors of SeaWorld Resort. The staff at the hotel and inside the park were ever so friendly and helpful. Our family visits the resort/park each school holidays, we have never been dissatisfied, the rooms are very clean (the housekeeping staff do a fabulous job), the grounds are immaculate, the dining options cater from poolside snacks to piazza/pasta and fine dining. I highly recommend staying at SeaWorld Resort, action packed days in the park (big kids and little) to relaxing by the pool (kids entertained in the pool playground), sitting on your balcony watching the sun go down (room service delivered), enjoying a beverage at the bar whilst listening to the live entertainment, watching a movie at the in house cinema. So many opportunities to make lasting memories with the family. THANKYOU to all the staff….front desk, cleaners, ride attendants, groundsman, service staff, etc….you are what makes the resort/park 10 out of 10!

Very comfortable rooms with excellent facilities on site. Fantastic for families with additional entertainment on school holidays. Highly recommend!

I paid $159 for my family of four to eat at the buffet and then had to pay an additional $30 just to buy a paper cup for us each to beable to drink something.

Beautiful resort with lots to do for kids,sea world entry was the easiest and food was good. Tried bfast,italian and japanese at the hotel.

Stayed on a garden level floor,so much noise from above room, complained twice but nothing changed,everyday at 4.30am kids were playing so loudly and really disturbed all of us..if you need to rest get a floor up,do not stay on the ground floor.

EVERYTHING ! So convenient especially when you have kids, the swimming area was so good even though it’s getting renovated still making some of it available to swim and play is amazing. The buffet breakfast was the cherry on top. The rooms are comfortable and clean, we just loved everything about it.

There was nothing that I didn’t like, will definitely be back.
