The smoke alarms flash really bright at night over the beds

Nothing at all It is soooo substandard indeed for the amount of money paid. The bed is so uncomfortable. I can feel the bed spring . Couldn’t sleep at all. I had to check myself out again the first night to check into another hotel. The carpet is dirty and needs changing. Doesn’t even deserve a one star Very disappointing indeed.

It was a great location, centre of town, food, drink and shopping so close. Great staff when I queried having a bath in the room, and a positive experience when checking in. Room was clean and all facilities were great. Very pleasant stay.

No issues at all.

Bed was firm but not hard, wasn't lumpy, pillows were reasonably comfortable. The view was good, looking out over the square, large windows across two walls of the room. Shower was a good size. Small smart tv was good to have. The aircon was a lifesaver as it was extremely warm and humid the night we stayed.

The hand soap dispenser (labelled unrefillable) was empty, we ended up using the provided face soap bar, I'm not sure what the difference is but some liquid hand soap would've been good. The only major issue we had was that at about 7:30 in the morning the air con started leaking icy water, which was particularly unfortunate as the AC unit is installed above the head of the bed.

The room was cold when I arrived (heating not on) and bathroom was freezing so if I left the door open to warm it with the heating it made the room really cold

The room was very spacious and the everything is clean and tidy. The location is really good and we appreciated having a late checkout. The rooms are very quiet and we enjoy the city outlook.

That it was dog friendly. This was my sole reason 4 choosing to stay here. Good central location, close to shops & restaurants. Apartment is a good size. Good kitchen

Having to carry all my stuff up & down in the lift & they don't have snow kind of trolley So took 4 trips.

Easy after hours access and fantastic location. Good sized bathroom and room.

Couldn't get the dishwasher to work and the heat pump wasn't very warm.

The rooms are a good size and well equipped for a stay - kitchen, lounge, bedroom warm and secure. Good central location and reasonable price for the size.

Just a few little quirks, fridge wouldn't open without scraping the floor tiles, same with the shower door. couch is just small, wardrobe tight to access but these are all easy to live with for the price and balance.

Room is really spacious , my dog is welcome.

Small room, tiny window high up you had to tipitoe to see out if. Almost claustrophobic feeling, pretty dated room, hard bed

The l8cation is excellent. Right on the square. Perfect for us. Parking availability was a plus.

I booked a 2 bedroomed ap. I didn't really like the 2 one bedroom apartments with a shared foyer although I understand that is practical. Basically it all looks a little unloved.

We had a corner room with lots of windows which was nice.

The fridge leaked during the night and the water seeped into my pile of dry washing and the colours ran. I showed staff. I was stunned at the response at reception when the man told me I had a towel (my bath towel to mop it up?)

Brilliant location and the staff went above and beyond.

The parking was expensive but very useful given the central locaiton.
