It was clean, easy to find, parking was outside I’ve the road, bed was very comfy

The room was cold and there was no electric blanket

The location was great. One of us had stayed there before which was the reason we booked at this hotel. This room was different to the last. Initially, we were pleased that we could have the window slightly open throughout the night.

The bed was not good, I woke up with sore hips throughout the night because of the bed. I have travelled reasonably often for personal and for work and not struck this before. The toilet was smelly, like old and possibly leaking. The bathroom was unusually tiny, the shower so tight I kept knocking my arms against the rails (and I am only a small person). The noise of the air conditioning units (outside our window) also disturbed our sleep so we had to shut the window. The room was very warm with no controls to bring down the temperature. When we arrived (after 2:00 pm) the receptionist advised she was changing our room as our assigned room was not ready.

Staff at check in were very friendly. Check in went very smoothly. Reception area was very clean and welcoming.

Cleanliness of our room was not what I would expect. Layers of dust on furniture. A large number of cobwebs behind curtains. Toilet paper not refreshed, no milk left for coffees. NO air conditioning which was hell due to the high outside temperature.

Great location, great breakfast.

Hall carpets dirty. Bedroom carpets worn.

Convenient and warm with easy access and friendly staff.

The room had two TV's, and upstairs/downstairs areas
