Great location, clean and good facilities
Staff were a little indifferent. They were just ok, they didn’t delight.

Location and size with the view of the room. Also the hospitality of the staffs at Front Desk except the 1st person who check me in.
The communication from the first check-in staff member could be improved to provide a more welcoming experience. When I inquired about my consecutive booking, rather than acknowledging my question, he interrupted me, instructing me to wait until he finished his process. As someone who also works in hospitality, I believe a better approach would be to acknowledge guest questions promptly, answer politely, and remain flexible when assisting guests. This would enhance the overall service experience and create a more positive impression.

la habitación es moderna, amplia, con muy buenas vistas al puerto deportivo y cuida los detalles. Tele de 55 pulgadas. Crema corporal champú gel y acondicionador y estufa en el baño. 6 cápsulas de Nespresso y maquina Nespresso, calentador de agua y te. Albornoces, acceso al Spa gratuito. Camas amplias y comodísimas. Aunque te piden una fianza de 50 francos suizos al entrar en el hotel, algo que me parece fuera de lugar

Tolle Lage. Hervorragendes Frühstück. Gute Betten. Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption und dem Housekeeping.
Das Personal beim Frühstück war professionell, aber distanziert. Der sehr aufmerksame, aber offensichtlich jüngste Mitarbeiter wurde mehrfach durch den halben Saal herbeizitiert.

Das Beste war die zentrale Lage mit Metro- und Hafennähe
Das Personal war recht reserviert. Eine Kaution von 100€ zu hinterlegen empfinde ich peinlich.
Im Zimmer waren keine Informationen zum Hotel (z.B. Möglichkeit der Saunanutzung).

the staff if very helpful and kind, hotel location is next to the lake which is very nice, less than 1min walk you have the Ouchy Port , the Metro and the Bus line, which is very Conveniunt to go everywhere. just on the night when Luna Park has event or concert then it is a bit noisy for the lake view room.
the breakfast is very rich, but it would be better to seprate the FIT breakfast and the Group breakfast

Good location next to the marina, very close to the tram taking you to the old city and walking distance from the Olympic Museum. The hotel is modern and comfortable.
Parking availability is limited and the garage, not owned by the hotel, cramped. Breakfast good but expensive, although this is true for everything in Switzerland.

Good location, very close to Ouchy Olympique metro station and the lake. Room is good size and clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Overall it's good value.
Sink drainage in the toilet is somehow blocked. Water goes down very slowly.

The location is premium at the heart of the gorgeous Ouchy promenade, with metro and Migros next door. The latter saves lots of cash on food. (Dining is uniformly expensive across Lausanne, so the restaurants are for tourists only.)
The rooms are spacious, well equipped and cleaned on a daily basis by default. (No need to chase the admin!)
The beds are wide and provide a good support (to my troubled back).
I would have loved an AC (though the rooms are naturally cool in the evening).
And a faster WiFi. Neither critical to my decision to come back.

One of the nicest rooms I stayed at in Switzerland, great modern room and large. Beds were comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Convenient location and nice to be right on Lake Geneva.

Given proximity to IMD business school, when cohorts arrive at the same time, it can be crowded around the lifts. (Not immediately obvious where the stairs are.)

Great location by the lake, very close to the metro station, restaurants, market, coffee shops, park, walking area near by. Comfortable rooms, beautiful lake view, very nice restaurant, good fitness, clean, friendly stuff.

Bfast did not seem to offer options for light bfast. Most people are just happy with a coffee and 1 ea croissant.
Hotel's own parking full. Had to shell CHF20+ for an nite's parking at opposite the street.

The location, of course. We chose this hotel b/c we like the Ouchy area by the lake though it is too pricey. The room was as we requested, and the beds were comfy with warm blankets. Being located next to a MIGROS also helps.
The breakfast at 36 a person is too pricey even for the Ouchy area. So we did not try since we could find something for much less. And when we asked for ice cubes for our soft drinks, they said they did not have enough to give away. In most hotels at the same price rate, it should be included in basic services.
