Very uncomfortable bed , lack of furniture, no tea cups , milk , poor menu , staff disinterested . Lack of parking , expensive !

Amazing friendly function staff that remembered us from a previous visit and a lovely lady at breakfast that remembered our son. Room clean and comfortable. Always a great breakfast.

The perfect hotel to break up a journey on the M4. Close enough to the motorway for convenience but no motorway noise. Staff very efficient and friendly.

The bed was beginning to feel tired, but not worth complaining about.

The property was right next to a building site. We didn’t get what was advertised and paid for.

Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas y espaciosas. Tenían todo lo necesario y café y te de cortesía. También escritorio lo que resultaba muy útil. En la recepción daban unas cookies de chocolate excelentes y adictivas.

Fui un fin de semana largo y hubo dos eventos o casamientos y cerraron el restaurante aunque estaba habilitada la barra.

The room was a good size and well furnished with a large screen TV , fridge and ample wardrobe space. The bed was king size and comfortable. The room was ideal for us to attend a family wedding at the hotel which was fantastic.

Very well thought out with lots of space, good party area, bars and very comfortable and spacious rooms.

The check in process was a bit chaotic and that was at 5pm! People’s key cards were not working so there was an extra queue trying to get those sorted. They just needed a couple more staff on to help. There was only two on , very helpful and very patient.

The suite is a superb place to stay and great value compared to other locations. The bed is large and comfortable.

The settee is a little hard and uncomfortable. It seems an error that the TV in the bedroom is larger than the one in the sitting room.

Paying for parking when an overnight guest. Keys regularly not working during our stay. Very slow and disinterested reception staff.

Well position for our needs

Only issue was bed very mattress very uncomfortable as was the very soft well used pillow … when we stay at the Hilton Bristol Airport which we have done on many occasions - far better quality mattress and pillows …

The cookies - recipe needed

The air con didn’t help one bit, I was boiling hot even with the window open and the pillows just melted into nothing, I like when a pillow has more structure but it didn’t support my head at all and the bed creaked everytime I moved

Bed was squeaky/noisy every time you move in bed. There was no water in the room! Breakfast was awful, seriously awful! No taste to it at all. I’m not exaggerating it, tasteless it was. Doubletree by Hilton? Definitely so poor for the brand. My son had a pizza, it was a small pizza, chips and drink, we paid £21 for it, came in a small plate, was not nice, water of money. It’s a pizza, at least make it worth it. Would I stay again, no not here I don’t think! For what I paid weren’t worth it. Staff however were nice though.

Worst night sleep due to guests in room 149 next door keep me up with their Africa or American shouting voices though the thin walls, I was recommended by Grant Engineering UK Ltd (head office) I would have stayed there tonight and Wednesday but not worth the money and no compensation offer at front desk when I checked out office manger just kept saying sorry not listening to the issue. But the gentleman that did go up and knock on door at 5.30 I I was grateful to get a couple of hours sleep, but I will feedback to Grant UK Swindon as not to advise visiting clients on business do not stay at this hotel when I have my meeting this morning at 09.30am.

Couldn't get heating to work but a radiator brought within a few minutes

Its value for money and the location is great on the M4 near to where my business takes me. It’s very clean.

Old fashioned rooms, very noisy and old rickerty bed so didn’t get a sound nights sleep. Noisy people in rooms and paper thin walls. Instant coffee in rooms in 2024 baffles me too. Not up to the usual doubletree standard unfortunately.

Good sized room, clean and comfy. Location great. Late standard checkout.

Very loud in the morning (Sunday) from housekeeping banging doors. Woken up sometimes between 9-10 from this which isn’t great as it was after a wedding.

Food was very good and hotel was clean

The bed was uncomfy and very creeky think it coukd do with a new one

our room had plenty of space, comfortable seating, good decor and was clean and quiet even though there was a couple in the next door room.

Everything was fine except the quality of the coffee at breakfast which was very poor.

We were pleased and happy with all.

Coffee was Luke warm at breakfast is only negative.
