Location was excellent, really good breakfast

Hotel location and stuff where good.

Free parking was not available even they say it is available and free on their page. That was not a nice point. They forwarded me to park my car in a long distance than where the hotel is. It was expensive.

Super location right in the Old City, close to sites and within walking distance to everything. Very clean room. Good buffet style breakfast, with a variety of local & international foods.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel as such. The outside was slightly unkempt looking and for a 4-star hotel we would have expected an upgrade in decor. Staff could be more engaging, especially since we stayed 4 nights.

Location is perfect, staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean, rustic decorated that blend well with the history of the building.

It is basically a 3 star hotel not 4 star. It is good clean centrally located hotel. Staff are ok but they should be more smiling and hospitile.

There was no tea coffee facility hotel and it is claimed to be a 4 star hotel. The toiletries is not completed as compare to other 4 stars hotel elsewhere. It's bit out dated hotel that they tried to hide it by giving it an outed dated decore.

The hotel was central and walking distance to all of the landmarks we wanted to see. Also a short walk to bars and restaurants. The history of this hotel is very interesting. Loved the deco. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no kettle in the room but when asked for we got one.

Oh man, Riga has been some of the best days I've ever been in my entire life, and I've been to (as of now :D) 40+ countries. Latvia is just fantastic, and Hotel Justus just made it PERFECT. Travelers: Stay there! :D

The location was good for the centre of riga and local attractions. Only a ten minutes walk to train station. Friendly and helpful staff. Bedroom & bathroom had feature brickwork.

The breakfast was only warm ( sausage, bacon, egg ), not always hot. The pillows were soft. The breakfast room felt a little cold ( maybe the heating should have been turned up )

Beautiful hotel so much character, decor top notch, comfy bed, helpful staff, great location for exploring the old town.

Nothing to really dislike, maybe extra pillows and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Management, unique boutique decor, best location, and an amazing buffet breakfast that I just loved ... if you are debating about this hotel ... DONT .... you will LOVE it here... That is why I booked this time again with them. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK !!

Maybe consider adding a small cup in bathroom when brushing teeth for rinsing water .. by no means this is not a negative but perhaps a feature

The hotel has an amazing location, right next to the main square and Riga Cathedral. Almost all major tourist attractions are within 5-15 minutes of walking distance. Our room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was renovated and spotless. The breakfast did not have endless options (which is such a waste) but all the available things were tasty and more than enough to feel full and satisfied. The hotel staff is kind, professional and helpful. There was someone working at the reception even 04:00 am in the morning and helped us check out smoothly.

The bedroom was a bit cold but we visited Riga in January and the outside temperature is -5 to -10 degrees therefore it was expected. If you are visiting from a warmer country, bring warm clothes and socks with you!

Location is excellent and value for money as well. Beds are a bit old and small but OK. Breakfast is acceptable as well.

Superb location. Breakfast included (though only had coffee do cant comment). Lovely, warm and long-lasting hot water shower. Clean. Good sized rooms. Excellent value.

Wifi hit and miss. Central location trade off means it can be noisy from outside at night. Also noisy from other rooms. Rooms quite cold.
