Loved the location. Room facilities were fine. Staff were very good
We were in rooms facing the view of the lake so view was lovely BUT you had a choice - either open the windows and the noise was unbearable and constant throughout the night OR leave the windows closed and wake up suffocating with lack of air (even with the fan running) and hot. I tried both - windows closed at the beginning of the night only to be woken by stuffiness and heat and then windows open but unable to sleep. At around 3am every night I tried watching something as I could not sleep but I then could not hear the television for the noise in the street.

O espaço do quarto é muito bom. As tomadas já são adaptadas para os carregadores brasileiros. A janela acústica funciona bem. O café da manhã tem um horário estendido e isso é maravilhoso. O restaurante é agradável e a recepção com sofás. Muito aconchegante. A internet funciona muito bem e a iluminação do quarto é ótima. Os abajus são muito bem posicionados.
O hotel está muito bem localizado. Tudo muito próximo. É possível fazer muita coisa caminhando.

La habitación asignada estaba alado del servicio del personal, por lo que se escuchaba mucho ruido en las mañanas .

Las señoritas de recepción tienen muy buena disposición y amabilidad.
Que no tiene aire acondicionado la habitación.
La reposición de toallas en el gimnasio en horario de la tarde.
Algunas ocasiones no hacen aseo, solo estiraban la cama..
Se solicitó cambio de toallas y reposición de papel higiénico y personal de aseo no lo llevo, después de 3 horas, baje a recepción y la personal se hizo cargo de la situación personalmente.

Todo fue una maravilla, el desayuno súper variado! Todo de muy buena calidad y con muchas opciones para hacer una comida abundante que dé energia para afrontar el día!
El staff súper atento y amable, tanto la geente de recepción y mantenimiento. En un momento tuvimos problemas con la cerradura y lo resolvieron en un rato sin demorarnos.
El wifi de a ratos andaba mal, pero nada terrible.

- WIFI-Verbindung sehr schlecht. Langsam und Verbindung klappte oftmals nicht. Für ein NH-Hotel sehr schlecht
- Die Küche im Hotel ist für Nachtessen schlecht, schlecht gekocht. Nur Desserts und Salate waren gut.

the hotel was under renovation which we were t informed of prior to arrival so was very dusty & noisy at early hours and throughout the day. rooms large and comfy with all the comforts you may need, staff lovely and helpful and offered discount when we complained about the noise levels. very conveniently located and I’m pretty sure I’d love our stay if we came at different time

The location was very good right near the waterfront. The wifi was very good in the room and also in the breakfast area. The room was clean. The shower and bathtub were clean and the water temperature remained pretty steady. The hotel felt very safe.
The room was too small for two people. There was only room for one suitcase the other had to be put in the closet. The bed was also to small for two tall people. The breakfast was good for me but my wife being gluten free the breakfast was marginal. One thing that bothered us was my wife left something at the breakfast table and the staff didn’t inform us even though we didn’t leave the place until an hour later. I know they found it because when we left the table had been cleaned up.

Hotel needs some maintenance and upkeep. The walls are banged up and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Rooms are small and stark.

BEAUTIFUL views. Central location, walkable to everything. Great facility. Very reasonable cost especially compared to other options of a comparable quality level.
Food at breakfast was awful. Spa was disorganized and doesn't work in practice -- if you try to book in advance, they tell you to reserve when you get there. But then it's full with advance bookings when you try to book on the spot... very confusing.
