terrible the room was like a broom cupboard and very scruffy . the room doors are not fire doors so that is a worry ! you walk off the corridor straight into the gross looking toilet and shower room.

The proximity to the different means of transport. Central.

It was noisy in the night all through and I couldn't sleep. A very small room and facilities for such a high price.

We were very pleased the hotel was able to lend us a kettle for our 3 night stay. Room was cleaned everyday. Clean towels were supplied everyday. Would stay again for a quick visit.

The only thing I wasn't happy with were the very hard mattresses therefore my daughter and I struggled with back pain. Room 34.

Location , although a bit hard to find. Loved the little balcony . The staff were brilliantly helpful.

Was not aware of the size of the room. Literally the size of a double bed with room to walk around it for 1 person on 1 side. The noise , from the street and the noise of people staying on both sides. There is no sound proofing so you can even hear people using bathrooms in the next room.

not what I expected at all

rooms were far too small, one room was much bigger than the other for the same cost. one room had no mirror. the toilet was right behind the front door. there was no hot water in the morning. no facility to make tea or coffee. the rooms were too close together so you can hear the other guests coming in and banging their doors. no phone to reception. on the whole this was the most expensive place I’ve stayed in for the most basic of rooms. very uncomfortable stay.
