The location was good for exploring Chartres. The breakfast was very good and so was the secure parking.

The toilet malfunctioned during the entire stay. There was constant running of water which was loud. I told the staff about this problem and a woman and then a man came each day to fix the problem. As soon as they left the loud running water from the toilet began again. On the last night the toilet noise was so great I was unable to sleep. Monday morning I asked to speak with the manager. She was not at work. I left a detailed description of the problem and gave my email address and asked that the manager call me. I never heard from the manager and it's now 4 days since i checked out.

Central location
Didn’t have amenities as advertised and were the ONLY reason we booked this hotel. Booking.com specifically mentions and details the on-site restaurant which has been closed down for some time. The hotel also doesn’t have its own parking, we had to park and pay for the public train station car park and lug all our luggage from the station. When complaining to the Manager we were told these omissions were not their fault as they had informed Booking.com who had failed to update their website. The staff member in question was very belligerent and not prepared to discuss any sort of recourse. After a 6 hour drive and difficulty finding the location due to ambiguous location address we were most unhappy with the situation.

Freundlicher, zugewandter und intressierter Kontakt - Kompliment an Frau Liliana und Herrn Malo. die Lage ist hervorragend. Nahe am Bahnhof und nah genug für die Kathedrale und Innenstadt. Doch weit genug entfernt von den Festl-Plätzen - keine Lärmbelästigung.
Guter Zugang zum Parkplatz, Sicherheit gewährleistet
Der Parkplatz ist zu teuer - der Zustand verbesserungsbedürftig. Der Zugang sollte durch das Haus möglich sein - hilfreich bei Regen.

Great place for a night, so good we actually stayed again on our retrun trip.

Personnel attentif, petit-déjeuner très correct, chambre en bon état.
La paroi de la douche de ma chambre (309) ne sert à rien, elle est purement décorative car la salle de bain se remplit entièrement d'eau pendant la douche. J'aurais apprécié une douche avec porte afin de ne pas inonder toute la salle de bain.

La chambre très petite ne correspondait absolument pas à la chambre d’un hôtel 4 étoiles : j’ai demandé une chambre calme : elle était sur rue bruyante. Nuit blanche hier soir
Odeurs nauséabondes des conduites sdb et douches état pro porte douteux, serviettes usagées. De plus pendant les 2 jours : incidents taxis. 40 a 45 min d’attente, on ne peut pas accuser que les taxis. L’établissement doit collaborer avec des taxis sérieux : arriver 2 jours en retard quand on arrive la veille ? il en va du renouvellement de mes contrats. C’est pas sérieux !

Not too far from the centre of town.
Check in was poor. The reception area is shared with the hotel next door and there was only one receptionist on duty when we arrived. No USB charging points in room. Limited parking space at the hotel so had to use underground parking at QPark a couple of minutes away.

When I checked in, the front lady was super nice and professional. I felt very welcome by her. The welcome drink was so freshly and tasty. Up graded room was so nice.
In the evening, the young man was in front, he was rude and totally different service and attitude. His attitude looked like a student to me. If I checked in in the evening, probably the image of this hotel was completely different.

if using the upper level garage customers need to be prewarned about steep incline at the top which scrapped the underside of our car.
