Very helpful and considerate staff. Excellent breakfast Comfortable and very clean room

Breakfast was sensational. Sumptuous and delicious. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Did have good aircon.

Everything else. No lift. Exceptional number of steep stairs to first floor. Not suitable for disabled. Very small room. Very tatty furnishings. Inadequate amount of surfaces for personal items. Ended up placing things on the floor. Bathroom miniscule but shower good. No extra pillows in room. Asked for one more but it never arrived (as promised). Finally had to go collect it at 10:30 pm.

The location was excellent. Parking was 5mins away and very affordable.

Overall a nice hotel; very nice room and great location. Fantastic breakfast compared to most in France: Staff were pleasant and helpful.

On check-in, bedding and pillow cases were soiled but changed upon request. We were on the 3rd floor so so 50 steps each time - no lift.

The room was spacious and comfortable and warm and although on the top floor with no lift not too much trouble climbing the stairs! We would stay again if the occasion arrose.

The stafff were friendly and helpful for the most part. It is in an excellent location, opposite the station.

The rooms are quite Spartan, with no pictures or carpets, so it felt rather cold. My bathroom was terrible: water in the basin took ages to drain away and the shower head was broken and came detached each time I used it. I mentioned this to the staff in reception, who later told me that it had all been fixed. It hadn’t and it all just got worse throughout my stay. The yogurts available for breakfast were very poor quality. Overall, despite the best efforts of some pleasant staff members, it felt as though the hotel was cutting corners everywhere.

The staff were lovely, friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had, delicious choices and plentiful. The hotel is 5 minutes from the cathedral and shops and we were able to park there.

I found the bed a little firm but the room was quiet and comfortable.

The staff were possibly the most friendly and welcoming people that I've encountered in any hotel anywhere. Manon and Fanny in particular were lovely. It's definitely worth paying for the breakfast as it's a high quality buffet and continues until 10.30 so you don't feel rushed.

The double room actually had two single beds pushed together. This is fairly common but also really annoying as you can find yourself slipping into a gap in the middle. I woke up several times during the night because of this. It is a sham because the room itself was very good.
