Good location, comfortable bed.

Missing light bulbs, door handle on sliding doors between bed room and living room broken, knob on shower to switch between overhead shower and hand held shower, not working, LUKEWARM WATER only for shower. After our first night we reported all these problems to the reception clerk, who wrote the list down but was totally uninterested and when we got back that evening, nothing had been fixed, and again the water was lukewarm. Another conversation with a different reception clerk (which we had to go downstairs for, because the phone to reception wasn't working) and this time we were told that you have to keep the water running for a full FIFTEEN MINUTES till it gets hot. After doing so, we finally had hot water for the first time in our stay, but why wasn't this requirement (which in itself isn't acceptable for a hotel of this price) communicated to us in the first place??

Very clean & comfortable large appartment. Close to lots of eateries and nice walk to the Promenade and station. Staff were very helpful.

First day a bit of a problem getting hot water but had not run it for long enough.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Yet also on a relatively quiet street.

Hallway had a smoke smell. Hotel was short on some supplies, ie toilet paper.

Great location, nice wide apartment on our first stay.

We had to come back because our flight was disrupted, they gave us another apartment that was way smaller, with sofa instead of second bedroom - the price was the same. There was no space to move around.

location is good, close to promenade and also easy walking distance to main shopping area and the Old town.

inexperienced staff, for example, there are no laundry facilities so I asked where the nearest public laundry was and was told to look it up on Google because she said she was a recent hire. later I asked where the Tourist Bureau was and once more told to look it up.

Everything were very good.

Check in time, I think it’s to late to check in at 15:00.

The apartment location was perfect for everything. The beach, restaurants and transport were.all very near.

The accommodation itself is a bit tired. There are no breakfast facilities or pool anymore, we were told this was due to covid, although everyone else seems to have moved on now. Also, we had to collect our own bedding for the sofa bed, as they said they couldn't bring it to us ? That was a bit odd. Apart from that the staff were lovely and it was good value for money.

The location was great , fantastic facilities near by included pharmacy. Supermarket Coffee shops, Fashion shops . Sea and beach 10 mins walk Hire of bikes near main beach 3 Euros 30 mins. 10 mins to market near old town.

Maybe a few wine glasses . Otherwise well equipped . Eating out isn’t expensive if you choose well. Be nice to have international TV channels for bad weather days . The swimming pool was closed

doesn’t have a room service,it means that after you do the shower you should have to contact the desk to let take a new towel by yourself (not a big deal but it is what it is) maybe they have a room service but we didn’t get one
