Great location and a really comfortable room. Staff all very friendly. It is an expensive option for it's a fantastic place to stay and well worth it.

the service was amazing, room and view was beautiful, best trip to Paris. Excellent service from concierge who can help you book anywhere in paris! Especially would like to thank Julien, for helping us and guiding us through a problem we experienced in a restaurant outside the hotel. Definitely the 5⭐️ service you’d expect and beyond!

Perfect location for walking around Paris. Staff was wonderful and concierge knowledgeable about restaurants and attractions. Breakfast buffet was included and had something to please every diet. The hotel bar is beautiful and had very nice cocktails.
I can’t think of a bad thing to say.

El personal en general fabulados, el desayuno excepcional y las personas que atienden la Brasserie de un trato EXCELENTE, cualquier turno, desayuno y cena , fabuloso.
La recepcion y la Concergerie muy profesionales, atentos y amables.

The staff during check-in was very professional. View from the window on the Comedie Francaise was great. The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. It's very clean, comfortable, and very silent when it comes to rooms. Amenities in the room are just right. The breakfast was also great. Check-out was easy. Not to mention the location which can hardly be more convenient. Customers are mostly Americans and Japanese which is a sign that this hotel is of a high standard. An excellent 5 stars that has nothing to envy to palaces for a far more affordable price.
