Very good overall but marred by attention to detail described in the next question.

On arrival, in the passageway to our room there were empty beer and wine bottles outside the doors of some rooms. These were still there at 2 pm the following day. Similarly, on our arrival, there were plates that had been used for room service meals outside doors and whilst these items were still there late in the evening they had been cleared away by the following morning. The rear of the bathroom door, at the lower level and nearest the door post, had obviously suffered water damage some time previously as part that of the door seemed to be suffering from wood rot and the paint system was severely compromised.

Veery nice lounge area and dining room with lots of activity. Our stay was fine.

We were told we could use the hotel shuttle to the airport. We signed up the night before and used it. Problem was, we were not told that that shuttle drops one off at a place within the airport grounds that a bus is needed to get to the main terminal. Seems that the shuttle could have taken us to that terminal. We were not told ahead of time about the bus requirement.

Great location near to airport without being at the airport. Very quiet. Fabulous breakfast.

Bathroom was looking very aged. Parking was very expensive and charging stations all taped off.

Rooms are big and comfortable.

Shuttle service is only every 30m and it stops at 10pm, also it only stops at 2D so if you arrive in another area is very far. Restaurant is very expensive, and at breakfast there was a good offer for savour but there was no croissants nor pan chocolate and nothing else sweet - the jar with Nutella was empty and when we asked for something sweet - they made us wait for 30m and the maitre named Jackson was unprofessional and rude.

The service at the restaurant at supper was slow and servers in a very bad unhelpful mood. My wife did not get her full order. Breakfast is grossly overpriced even fo Paris standards.

The check in was horrendous and the terrible loud noise from what I think was the water heater but I can’t be sure of the location. We found it difficult to sleep. The whole experience left me with a bad impression. The check out was pleasant.

The front desk clerk who checked us in and out was very polite and professional. The room was spacious and clean.

The room was hot and stuffy. We called the front desk and they sent engineering. He said it would cool down in 10 minutes, but it never did. It was a very uncomfortable night, and we had a transatlantic flight the next day. We had dinner in the on-site restaurant on Saturday, May 20. Service was terrible. We sat on the outside patio and we had to keep getting up to ask for salt, a second glass of wine and dessert. The wait staff was just hanging and talking inside the restaurant. We told the hotel shuttle that we had to go the Terminal 2E, at CDG Airport, but he dumped us at Terminal 2D. We had no idea where to go. He said he could not or would not bring us to 2E. We wound up having to walk at least twenty minutes with five suitcases and backpacks to get to 2E. I am a Marriott Bonvoy member, but that got me nowhere.

the staff is very welcoming, helpful and engaged. location great for an early flight out. take a taxi and skip complimentary shuttle for an early morning flight. about 15 euros.

we stayed at this property twice during a three week visit to France. Two different rooms and both showed damage to the lower edge of the bathroom door most likely caused by moisture. Both times we paid for an upgrade to stay in the newer portion. Would suggest they change their paint to a marine grade or waterproof variety to remedy this. we had breakfast included - a buffet that, while offering many selections, was lackluster. No breakfast room service offered.

Lady at reception was absolutely amazing.room was comfortable with a make up mirror which was great. Wish we had more time to enjoy this good hotel. Shuttle bus was a bonus. Great position for a layover.

The location of our hotel for our return trip was perfect. Nice clean hotel with transportation to and from the airport. Complimentary water upon arrival was a super nice treat!
